Friendly staff, historic vibe, and free breakfast.

Mattress is lumpy, clean but outdated. Room had fruit Flys in the bathroom. Musty odor within the room, paper thin walls.

1st class breakfast. Excellent staff. Toilet handle broke and was fixed quickly and with no fuss. Room was spacious, bed comfortable. Free parking. Not run of the mill, but characterful. Loved our verandah room with rocking chairs on the porch.

4 way noisy junction outside, but that can't be helped. Bed slid on wooden floor if you lent too heavily on fixed wooden headboard behind. We are being picky here. Because. We loved this hotel and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Hot breakfast was very good. Lots of selection of food and breakfast beverages. Room was very clean, great light and access to the veranda and rocking chairs.

Jackie and Kathy (sp?) are great! They seem more like friends than staff. I stayed here a few years ago and love it just the same today. I can't even name all of the things I like about this beautiful Inn. There are truly so many amenities I love. By far, it is the best place for a retreat.

Localização, estado geral do quarto e do hotel. Por ser um hotel histórico, entendemos que seria antigo, porém bem conservado. O chão do quarto era muito desnivelado, o que deixou um vão enorme em baixo da porta. Permitindo ouvir barulhos, luzes e conversas no corredor. Muito desconfortável.

The place is charming. I did not realize I was booking a certified historical landmark. Comfortable and clean. A very short 1 or 2 mile drive over the draw bridge to the beach main drag. Will definitely stay there again when visting the Tampa area.

Close to where we wanted to be. Good breakfast. Enjoyed reading about the history of the site.

Tiny room. Just enough for bathroom and a bed. Seemed musty, but it’s an old place.

The staff was very nice & extremely accomadating. The breakfast was very good.

2nd & 3rd floors smell extremely musty & mildewy. I know it's an old hotel & is hit w multiple storms a year but it was really bad. Our (second) room never aired out & we were aware of it every time we entered the room. The hall floor is physically warped like a fun house.
