Cleanliness and some guests were load

Bed was comfy, room was adequate size. The property was near to where we were when I booked. Check-in was hassle free.

The doorway floor transition. There was a huge gap here + the bathroom floor was uneven. My wife tripped & almost face-planted into the bathroom due to this. The wood floor made our steps a tad bit loud.

Beds were comfortable. Sheets seemed clean. Very cheap price.

Hotel is in very poor repair. Bathroom floors were absolutely filthy. Shower head fell off while showering.

Nothing!

Had to buy clorox and clean before I. Could use the toilet, red mold in shower and moped floor is was black. Counter tops had toothbrush all over them. The place smelled really bad, I had to get a scented candle to take smell out. There was no plug in for microwave and coffee maker.

The room wasn't very clean and had used lotion left in the bathroom for new guests to use

Could hardly hear or understand the clerk. The room was bad only one towel. Smelled of stale cigarettes wasn’t very clean had some piece of paper in the toilet. Most of the other guest I saw looked like drugged.

Absolutely nothing, my A/C in the room didn't work, and I told the front desk lady about it. She did Nothing! The rooms aren't clean and I only had one towel in the dirty bathroom. Not to mention the shower was clogged up and wouldn't drain. The refrigerator was a freezer with ice and drink products all in it. And the bedding and curtains had holes in them the floor wasn't even swept

I gave a cash deposit of 50 $ and was unable to get it back because there was no one at the front desk at 8:40 in the morning. I called the hotel and they told me I would need to come back after 12:00 pm to get it back! Which was impossible for me to do. I was assured that I could pick up the cash deposit early in the morning before departure to another town, but clearly wasn't able to!!
