The rooms was very comfortable and I liked that the breakfast had both hot and cold options. My stay was just a quick overnight, so the proximity to the airport was great.

We flew into Boise and out of Boise the next day. We want a hotel near the airport that provided a shuttle serve from and to the airport. Our King room was large and comfy to sleep in, no hwy noise at all. Breakfast the next morning was similar to most other hotels but still hot and good. Staff was very friendly at the hotel and on the shuttle van. Our stay had all requirements met.

Breakfast was fine and the selection good.

One of our three rooms did not have a functioning heater and the thermostat for that room was completely and utterly dead, blank, inoperative, and or broken, nor was there any staff available to fix the problem.

It was easy to find. Staff was very friendly. Very clean and comfortable.

The room was very nice, young woman, who checked us in last night, and was there again in the morning was delightful. They had a pretty decent breakfast, the wide variety of eggs and sausage, waffles and oatmeal, cold cereal, toast, small bagels, etc.

There is nothing I didn’t like. Although I think I left my book there and I’ve called to report it, the man I spoke with who took my name and phone number, didn’t seem terribly interested in finding it for me. It was a brand new book, so I hope they do find it. M Train by Patti Smith.

Beds were too soft for one person. And one couple had very noisy upstairs neighbors

Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel mini freezer for TV dinners for purchase was under repair but desk staff found 2 dinners stored in the back area for us. They also got us a ground level room right near an exit because we had our dog w/ us. Bed was super comfortable, best of all the hotels on our trip. Great breakfast options. Super happy to find they had sugar free syrup for the waffles, a rare bonus for a diabetic person. Convenient location (new property) in a nice neighborhood - not sketchy at all on a side road (no hwy noise if you request nort side room). It has a public park w/ tennis courts just across the street, near to airport has an Appleby's resteraunt just a block or so away. We stay here every time we travel through Boise.

No coffee at breakfast. Coffee maker was on the fritz.

The facilities in the bedroom - paper cups for tea/coffee - without a kettle, you had to heat the cups of water up in the microwave. The room and bathroom were very tired - for the price we paid I would have expected much better. The staff on the desk when we arrived we uninterested and unhelpful. In the morning, it took a lot of questioning about getting to the airport to eventually find out they had a shuttle service!! We are from the the UK - if we were to compare it to a chain in the UK it would be to an absurdly priced Travel Lodge !

The shower didn’t work - spraying all over, handle loose. Water on floor. Difficult and complicated curtains. No water in room.

Excellent location Ben and Chad on the night front desk team were awesome and super helpful and did an incredible job making us feel welcome and they were just great!

Would have liked the day staff to be more accommodating with a later checkout when our flight was canceled due to a hurricane

Huge room that was really nice wonderful king size bed that was really comfortable and overall a great stay! We always look to stay at a comfort inn, if possible

I liked everything just fine. I was merely seeking a place for my son and I to spend the night before driving early to the airport, so location was the most important factor, and it was perfect for that. We left the hotel at 4am, so we did not try the breakfast.

Location was good for the airport. Close walk to an Applebees for some dinner. Breakfast was ok but not exceptional.

The room had really high ceilings and the bed was very comfortable. The shower maintained temperature well. Very close to the airport.

I wish there was a gym.

Food was fine but crowded in food selection area. Appreciated outside plug for our car. A car charger would be even better! Room and area was quiet. Walking distance for dinner.

Pool and especially the hot tub were not inviting.
