The property was very clean and calming. It had all of the charm of an early 1900s house, from wood moldings to door hardware. It has a great location walkable to town/restaurants. Mike made every effort to ensure we were comfortable and had a pleasant stay, including accommodating my gluten allergy.

The location was perfect and the inn was adorable! The owner was so thoughtful and took the time to show us around. Unfortunately our trip was short and we didn’t get to enjoy the amenities or breakfast but we will absolutely be back! I highly recommend The Harbor Inn.

Everything was great!!! Mike, the manager, was especially helpful and made us feel very comfortable. He was helpful to help us plan sightseeing, restaurants, etc.

An elevator to get to the 3rd floor would be nice, but Mike helped with the bags so only a slight inconvenience.

Mike is an incredible host. Makes you feel right at home, gave us a thorough tour of the property. You really feel right at home there.Great cookies for snacks , coffee and teas available also. The rooms were very clean and comfy. The morning breakfasts were tasty. Our first nite there , Mike did a great job putting an outdoor fire together for all the guests to enjoy. The town is a short 10 minute walk, and well worth it , with all the cool shops to visit, and The Clam Shack is an over the top eatery, well worth the wait in line.

The location was walkable to shops and restaurants. The breakfast was good and got us off on the right foot. Our host was friendly and accommodating and made some great recommendations. Harbor Inn did not disappoint!

Mike was a great host. House was both welcoming and comforting. Room was nice, bed was comfortable. Hot shower, good breakfast, tasty coffee.

The breakfast was very large and had a lovely fruit bowl, the second day we requested a much smaller meal. The staff were very friendly and pleasant.

No tea or coffee facilities in the room, had to go downstairs when you wanted a drink. Advertised as having a sea view from the room, non of the rooms had a sea view, if you cut a couple of trees down you maybe able to see the Harbour. No TV in the room, there was a communal TV downstairs. Rooms not serviced, only towel changed if left outside the door.

Beautiful home with comfortable public areas, especially the front porch. Great location!

We had a wonderful stay. It was centrally located so we could walk to beach, restaurants, and shopping. Great breakfast and friendly host.

The photos of the facility online are not accurate! They are glamorized. Never saw a staff person on site. The place is run down. Have stayed at two other Bed and Breakfasts in the New England area and they were exceptional at the same price point. I can’t understand the rating and price of this facility. No comparison.

Beautiful - home from home. We booked two inter connecting rooms on the top floor with a shared jack and Jill bathroom. lovely comfortable beds and well equipped rooms. The Harbour Inn is owned by a lovely family who made us feel so welcome. The location was great - 15 walk to Kennenbunk Port and the house was beautifully appointed, with wonderful communal spaces and a wrap around porch with rocking chairs

What a great place! We really loved the area and the house too. The owner was beyond helpful. Breakfast and staff were very good.

The only reason I didnt give it a 10 out of 10 was because the bathroom was so small. The bedroom was big but tiny bathroom. I realize this is what would be expected in a really old house, but had to mention it.
