I loved that it was pet friendly. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. I also loved the free laundry facilities.

The surrounding area was very nice, we felt very safe and comfortable the entire 4 days we were here. There’s also plenty of good places to eat and shop all within less than a 5 minute drive.
The elevator makes a loud scary noise when you reach the third floor which made me nervous a little bit.

I booked a room and they gave it to someone else, while there were no other rooms available anywhere in the area, causing massive issues for my family after driving 14 hours. We have stayed here many times in the past and enjoyed our experience, but this was awful.

There was no breakfast as advertised? Honestly no food of any kind was offered nor could I find any.

The room was spacious, clean, and well planned. The bathroom was wonderful!
The coffee machine in the lobby broke, and the fruit was not ever available!

Good central location for our needs, washing and dryer use at no cost, good convenient facilities for our dog, helpful staff, small but fully equipped kitchen.
Broken garbage disposal that caused kitchen sink to drain extremely slowly, but staff
was very apologetic and added points to our account to compensate, without being asked, as there was no maintenance employee on site to immediately rectify the issue.

The hotel and room was super clean and intuitively appointed with everything a traveler may need in the room. The bed was very comfortable and the property is in a very safe area with access to plenty of dining and shopping choices.
The only thing lacking in this property was a breakfast. A continental breakfast would have earned a perfect 10/10 score from me. However, there were snacks for sale near the front counter, so it still earns the 9/10 score I gave.

parking lot was pretty icy, didn’t appear that much maintenance concerning the weather was happening.
also my room while nice and roomy, had a chair by the bed with a huge stain on it, not really inviting to sit in. the bed was comfortable, but the comforter also looked to have stains on it.

Unfortunately I didn't get to try the breakfast as we left at 5:00 am. I was very impressed with the room and it's amenities. If I had to stay longer than overnight, it had everything I would need to make a stay as comfortable as possible. The ability to cook in the room but also many restaurants nearby was great! The price was great and surprising since it was the 23rd of December. I will definitely book a room again when in Colorado.

Reserved a room that had a roll in shower, did not receive that room, also had to pay $75 pet fee in advance that was not disclosed at booking.

Very comfortable suite, awesome shower and very quiet. Super liquid soap, shampoo. Great option for long-term stay.
Would have liked a 2nd smaller pillow vs. 2 king size pillows. There was no lotion.
