We were first checked into a room that was being painted and remodeled and not ready to stay in. We were then switched and the room was not as nice as pictures seem and a lot more dusty and dirty like the computer chair was super crusty. We then left and came back after watching fireworks to a flooded room so we decided to cancel the stay over all.

No business center. Complimentary breakfast was far below what was described. elevators were out. Fire alarms went off multiple times while I was trying to work. The front desk didnt seem to care I was there or had concern or help for anything.

Cleanliness and the hospitality of the staff were both very poor

The front desk person (Noor) said she had just started and she was the ONLY person left to manage everything over the weekend. That said, when I asked to have the toilet repaired she told me they had NO maintenance on the weekend. She made it right by transferring us to another room.

The Hotel was under "construction" in the lobby. No caution tape to the area and we had to walk through wet cement to get to the stairs as the elevator area was actively being worked on. I felt this created a potential safety issue. Our first day there, I asked about coffee (it was advertised there would be meals provided). We were told to go to Starbucks across the parking lot. No meals were provided because of construction. No where on the website did it say they were under construction. Once in the room, our toilet did not flush. The fan on the heater "squeeked" all night. I asked if someone could take a look at the toilet and was told they had no maintenance available over the weekend. Upon check-out, I requested a receipt and was told that because I booked this through Booking.com the hotel could not provide a receipt. I had stayed at a Quality Inn in CO SPGS the night before and they gave me a receipt, NO PROBLEM.

they gave us an end room with 2 windows for nice ventilation and quiet only one neighbor. staff was great, easy parking homey room with good kitchen and comfortable bed
