spacious, clean and comfortable room. Very comfortable beds and quiet neighbors. Oh, and a very workable kitchen set up with a full size fridge.
very minor issues of a couple of small stains in the tub and toilet seat a little loose on the floor

I did not have breakfast due to the serving time being pushed back on weekends to 7:30 am
The Billing communication between Booking.com and the hotel was a nightmare. I used PayPal to pay for my stay on Booking.com but all the credit cards I tried to use for incidentals, at the hotel, were rejected due to Booking.com.
Fortunately, the person coming in for shift change was creative and was able to make a past through, allowing me and my family to finally get into our room after waiting for a long time.

The property was lovely!!! Very nice quality for the money!! The rooms where very spacious, comfortable, and clean!!
The breakfast could have had a few more options. I went down about 9:15, and everything had been picked over. The sausage was not of good quality.

Clean, and great breakfast.
They were trying to charge us again, and for a higher price for the room eventhough the payment was already made through Booking.com.
Booking.com does not have customer support available to help. They sent me an email stating that they will respond in the next 24 hours. It took is 30+ plus minutes to check in, so they would not charge me again.

I always enjoy breakfast when I visit Staybridge. Everything is always fresh & delicious.

No parking for one for 2 the room was not like the described room when booking and was very ocer priced for quality the next door ppl was up all night which kept us up the fridge on the room made this loud noise all night. All around it was bad experience..

Check in was easy. Staff tried to help.
Pool was not available and could have been stated when I made the reservation. NO POOL Breakfast is very limited, not what I expect from a Holiday Inn sister hotel. The juice machine and coke machine was not working and told their manager was out so not getting done. My opinion should offer drinks. Breakfast offered cereal but no MILK. Told the truck idi not bring it.

Location was good
We weren't given the room we booked and that was portrayed in the booking. The young lady that checked us in apologized but couldn't offer us the room that we booked as they were sold out, and said to request a partial refund through booking and she would approve it. The hotel will not respond to myself or to booking.com customer service. It's been two weeks now, plenty of time to at least acknowledge.

I didn't eat the breakfast regularly.
The main issue for me was the plumbing is poor. I had to have the staff come plunge the toilet regularly. It would just fill up to almost overflowing for no reason.
