Clean

This was a very nice place to stay! It was quiet and there was always coffee! We will definitely stay here again if we're in need of a hotel in the Wichita Falls area!

Could of been notified that they were not open for business and the worst parts I could not find a room elsewhere and had to drive back tired from the drive

The gym was amazing! Pool was clean and indoor so the kids had fun. The room was very clean. The breakfast was big and amazing. Bacon, eggs, ham, ham and cheese croissant sandwiches, yogurt, parfaits… yeah that was impressive.

The main thing I didn’t like was the area. It was pretty sketchy. I wanted to check out the falls at Lucy park but I didn’t realize the area was so questionable. Our doors deadbolt lock got stuck so we couldn’t shut our door in the morning when we were trying to go to breakfast. I didn’t want to leave our door open but every time I called the front desk I got put on hold indefinitely. Luckily my son is good at fixing things so he finally figured it out. It never worked very well. The staff was alright but had a rough time figuring things out when we got there and I felt like we were in trouble for even staying there. They seemed put out that we booked with a third party.

Clean and everyone that worked there were polite and helpful

If anything, parking close want an option depending on what time you arrived. But I could still see my work truck from my window so I was fine with it

The property was nice and staff very helpful

I was charged by bookings and then again by the property. I contacted the property twice they said they were going to fix the problem. They have yet to do that! Now when I call it is either busy or no one answers. Contacted Booking.com. They reached out to the property still no response. I sent information to bookings to fix the problem still no resolution. So I am still waiting for someone to refund me for one if the charges.

Breakfast had a good selection and the hours are good.

The hotel has easy access to highway. The staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean and comfortable.

The rooms were spacious.

Way too much highway noise and one of our rooms has not been properly cleaned. Food on the floor and dirty floor tiles
