The location was right down the road from The Buddy Holly Hall. It is also very close to the Tech campus. We were greeted with warm cookies ( they were delicious). The rooms were large and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. We also enjoyed food and drinks in their restaurant. They even had live music!

Hotel was accessible to roads, close to our venue, well lit in the evening, good fitness center.

The menu was too extravagant. The quality of food was good but portions way to big. Also we were told breakfast was included and the hotel did not honor the free breakfast.

EVERYTHING, spotless room & great front desk staff! AMAZING stay & we got GREAT rest!

The staff was rude, not helpful, and was slow, in every way . When asking where we might dine, I was told just look it up. The front desk was useless.

Room was clean and comfortable. Pool area was great.

1. Housekeeping failed to clean our room when 3 calls to/from front desk were made and we gave them a desired timeframe to clean while we were out for the day. 2. Some staff did not know answer to basic questions about services and hours. 3. No free breakfast; on site restaurant is an alternative but menu prices were very high. 4. No information in room about the facility and services either in print form or on the TV. 5. Exorbitant room rates for a Thurs/Fri night stay.
