Breakfast hours could have been a little longer

it was utterly disgusting. The blackout curtains didn’t close. it was off the hooks and the light from the parking lot shined into our room. I dropped my ring and it went under the bed. they’ve never cleaned under there. the bathroom was filthy and they wouldn’t move us. so yeah, never again.

We were in a queen suite for a one night stay with my family of 5. it was very comfortable and clean. Really liked that there were 2 TVs in the room but felt like a partition was needed to separate the “sitting” space from the sleeping space so the TVs did not clash with each other when both were on. Breakfast was good, it was hot and there was plenty of coffee!

The only thing I can say I did not like was there was not enough lighting in the room. It was so dark, even in the daytime. I do appreciate a well lit room other than just bedside lamps.

refrigerator that shuts off after 2 hours…., seemed unusual & inconvenient that the front doors were locked at 9:00PM to 9:00AM….I needed my key to get into the Hotel several times while loading up our car in the morning and it’s wasn’t until my last trip out, after 9 that I didn’t need my key card. our confirmed online reservation was for a King bed room but upon arrival was told none were available
