No breakfast. location was pretty good.We do not advise anybody to go here. Spend a little bit more and find a nicer place.
A lot of mold on the bathroom walls and the front door had been kicked in at one time and you could actually see through the edges around the door.

Great value for money. That's about the only thing!
We arrived late and the keycard was not working so we had to wait a long time to get into the room. On top of that, I was charged twice (once through booking.com and once by the property) and I tried contacting them but couldn't get through. I still haven't gotten any refund or a callback!

The location is great. 5 minute walk to Ripleys aquarium and Annakeesta.
This hotel is very old and rundown. The pictures online are a little misleading.

Our cash was refunded to us in full. Nothing was stolen from our vehicle overnight.
Everything. To be honest, it was a nightmare. We arrived around one in the morning, dead tired. There was a note on the office door that guests had to go to the Howard Johnson next door to check in. There was a heap of unbagged trash laying next to the Travelodge office door along with a tipped over service cart. When entering the room, the first thing you see is the dresser/entertainment center sitting out in the middle of the room. The smoke detector is beeping due to low battery. We removed it to be able to sleep. The sink didn't drain upon checking under the sink, we noticed that there was a cup and towel in place to catch water from a crack in the drain pipe. Only one outlet worked, and it wasn't even near the beds. There was no lamp on the nightstand. When the manager "Kevin" contacted us about our complaints, he explained that, "it is a Travelodge and it is low budget, you have to expect this." No, you are providing a service to paying customers. Very Disappointed from Ohio.

Disgustingly filthy,wires hanging out of wall,bath floor and tub covered in mold.no blankets, throw away thin blanket,stains on sheets. People talking, yelling right outside door after midnight for hours, slamming doors. If we weren't exhausted, would have driven to next state, gaitlinburg built up to carnival world and total tourist area.

Nothing. Check in was at 3pm and they canceled my reservation before 3pm. I received a notice from booking.com I had time to handle this but Travelodge said they didn't care.

The office for this hotel was closed so we had to go down the road to Howard Lodge? To checkin. Not serious but then they tried to charge our card before checking in when we put to pay at the property as we were paying cash. I called to figure out if we still had our reservation and the lady who answered was rude and didn’t give me the option to say I booked for this hotel and not the Howard Lodge so when she asked me and I told her this one she was like well you didn’t say that in a rude tone so that wasn’t cool. But the biggest thing is that there was mold on the lamp and table on the right side of the bed in room 118. It was dirty and rundown. Luckily we only paid 50 so I expected little (not mold though) but I know the room the next day would’ve been almost 140. I don’t know if the Howard Lodge that this hotel is going through is good but this hotel room was a health hazard and not great experience.

The travellodge had mold on the ceiling and was the room had a bad odor to it we didn't stay there went to another motel which was great. Didn't take any photo we just left and told them at the front office why we didn't stay.

Tub took hours to drain. You can hear everything upstairs and next door. Pretty sure there was mold in our room, and there was a dead roach also.

No ice machine, crack around front door, my friend use cpap . First room outlet head of bed did not work, gave us another room. No heavy blanket on either bed. Phone did not work. Front office was permemt closed. Had go Howard Johnson to check in.
Frame inside of bathroom was rotted off at bottom 2 inch up
Floor was not sweep good. Walk on floor. Right after checking in . Feet got dirty.

The room wasn’t as clean as I expected and the here definitely needs to be some upgrades. Loose toilet seat, bathroom door was peeling wood. The bathroom mirror was dirty. The bedside table was dirty and had crumbs in the drawer. I guess for the price, you get what you pay for.
