Room was clean n spacious.
Mattress needs replacement. Kept rolling into the worn spot.

TV didi not work abd pool was closed. Staff always said both were being worked on but no progress was ever experienced.

The rollaway bed could have been more comfortable and we needed to ask for extra blankets. There really wasn't enough room for the rollaway bed. We were disappointed that the restaurant closed at 6 because that is one of the reasons we chose this place because we were told that the restaurant had very good food. We didn't imagine that it would be closed at dinner time.

There is a restaurant in the hotel parking lot that was great! Not many food options in Chinle but this restaurant had the market cornered for locals and tourists - FYI get there early before 6 pm because it is popular. Clean big hotel room really close to Canyon de Chelly.

The hotel was clean and my room
was very comfortable. A nice place to return to at the end of each of my two days at Canyon de Chelly.
The adjacent restaurant (The Junction) was clean with friendly staff and wonderful food. I believe it is under the same ownership as the hotel.

I think the only restaurant in town was right next door, so we didn't have to get out and find a decent meal. Friendly, helpful staff. It was clean and the a/c worked well.
Breakfast was not included in the price of the hotel. The beds were very tight against the walls and the mattress was hard. The toilet was old and hard to flush. The shower didn't work well. It was a bit overpriced for the product, but not much to choose from in the area. Ice machine was broken on our end of the hotel.

The rooms were beautiful.
Notice said to leave towels on the floor. Housekeeping didn't change them or make the beds. When asked for clean towels told to go to the front desk. If not even going into the room, besides to grab garbage by the door, this should be stated to guests.
