The location

I told the deposit went up from $50 to $100. But when we checked out the same guy that checked us in and told me that asked me did I pay a deposit and asked how much. So does everybody not pay a deposit and are they charging people different amounts?? Thankfully my deposit was returned to me upon check out

Convenience to concert venue. Very short walk. Clean. Comfortable. Fast food places very near. Just off of interstate.

when we got back there wasn’t parking spot

the room was clean and the gentleman at the desk was nice and so accommodating when we asked if we could have extra towels .

someone on one of the rooms on the side of us had a strong smell of marijuana coming from their room it was in the middle of the night so I did not advise the front desk of this but it was making my son very uncomfortable.

The staff was friendly and the rooms where comfortable

The cleaning and it needed a lil remodel and the covers had burnt holes in them because the locks on doors is not secured but overall it’s a fair place to stay but they need to invest in it.

Location is close to Simmons Arena.

No breakfast.

The staff was extremely helpful and the room was much nicer than anticipated.

No breakfast was offered and the coffee in the room was nasty.

The room was full of roaches in bathroom behind the tv on the wall on the stand couldn’t sleep cause of roaches

When I arrived at the hotel they asked me for $50 dollars of "refundable" deposit and after check out they would return them to my card and they still do not appear returned to my card that does not seem correct to me because I had already made the payment for my room.

The rooms are clean, up to date , and excepted pets.

The female front desk lady freaked out on the booking. Com she thought j was cussing at her, I wasn't. Anyway she would book the stay for me. C u z she greedy.

Really friendly front desk person, very clean, felt safe, comfortable attractive room. Within walking distance to Simmons arena, fast food places close by.

Area a little run down ...not the motels fault. Breakfast was juice and coffee only.

LOCATION EXCELLENT for stadium. Quick walk to stadium, several fast-food restaurants close. parking well lit.

BRING SHOWER SHOES! carpet was really old and dirty, same with chairs in room. didn't expect the RITZ it is an ECONO LODGE, but this one really needs to be updated.

It was difficult for staff to find a room free of pet or smoke odors near front desk.
