Location was perfect 7 miles to the nearest town . Lots of amenities nearby. Close to the border. Excellent staff clean rooms and great buffet restaurant.i have nothing to complain about

For our 24 year anniversary, this hotel was fantastic

This was my first time here and my first time at a casino too. The room was very nice and clean. It was spacious too. I like that you could walk right down to the casino. I like the winner club card. The workers in the casino was so nice and explained how everything works.

There was one worker in the hotel part by the elevators when we first arrived that was rude when we ask a question.

it’s fairly new nice pool and hot tub nice room and size lots of slots several restaurants available

thought staff was very unfriendly nobody even says hello or even looks you in the eye, including the front desk clerks. the casino employee was friendly and helped set up card and the waitress in the buffet was friendly and cheerful. buffet too limited slow elevator shower head loose in wall smoke detector in room looks like flashing lightning in dark - making it hard to sleep.

Clean fun easy access

Pool was closed the entire time we were there. We forgot our suits went to Walmart and bought more cost us $60 just to have the pool close while we were gone and when we got back no pool two days! For the money we should have been able to at least go swimming or get a credit of some kind because that was one of the key things we liked to do when we stay at a casino.

There was no breakfast, wish that there was. Had to drive for breakfast. This was our 50th wedding anniversary, we wanted it to be special for us.

cleanliness of the Casio and public areas of the resort linens and towels clean and super white

water pressure in shower incredibly low, no information regarding restaurants in the resort, menus, where ice machines were located. had to call for fresh towels there was no daily room cleaning. not sure if this was related to staffing shortage or COVID protocols still in place. information about this would have been useful

Had a delicious shrimp scampi dinner and a quick breakfast sandwich and coffee that was very good. The room was spacious and clean. All the staff were exceptional. Every employee I encountered from clerks to doorman to housekeeping to waitstaff, all of them, made my stay the best it could be. I was impressed.

Can't think of anything I didn't like. I even won more than I bet so no complaints there.

The pool was extremely cold and we couldn't swim in it. The hot tub wasn't very warm either.
