Not enough towels and wash clothes, TV didn’t work and our room had roaches, was booked for 2 nights but left after first night and they did refund my 2nd night stay!

It was dirty. There were bugs in my room. I didn’t even shower I just left.

The service was bad and so slow and the room was smelled cigarette like someone just smoke in it

There was a vacancy

Old, broken, smelly, uncomfortable room. I’ve stayed in some not so desirable hotels in Bucharest Romania in the early 2000’s that were significantly better. The bathroom door wouldn’t close, and when I tried to close it, I got stuck in there. Took about 5 minutes to break out of the bathroom. The PVC drain in the shower was sticking up out of the floor of the shower and had no cover on it. There were punctures where someone clearly hit the door with something like a hammer. When I got up the whole first floor smelled like marijuana. If I wasn’t in dire need of sleep, I wouldn’t have stayed.

There was no breakfast. Location was fine. Only 1 staff member was very nice and helpful.

Staff was not attentive and it was hard to get towels. Every time we asked the answer was the towels were not folded or clean. Our room was not clean. I could write my name in the window blind. Air conditioner sounded like a jet engine taking off and ended in a whine. There was a hole in the middle of the bathroom door. Refrigerator made dropping noise all night long. Elevator did not work. We couldn’t checkout and go to another hotel, because this place was non refundable. The hotel is only 6 years old and very shabby.

I don’t like nothing about it

 The place think people smoke weeds in there you get through the room it’s stink all the carpet and hallways think it’s dirty. I want my money back because you guys said you guys no refund and I’m gonna get my refund back or I’m going in public with you guys this place need to be report

it took 2 hours to get me checked in bc there computer system wasn’t working. then the whole hotel smelled like cigarettes and weed, there was bugs in the room. the bed was not a king size, the sheets and pillowcases had stains on them. it was awful. i do not recommend staying here AT ALL!!!!!!!!

Clean, easy access , perfect for a overnight stay. Nothing fancy!

No ice machine, only 2 small pillows in each room! No hair dryer , and just overall No amenities!

I’ve stayed at this location many times and never had a roach issue until now. I didn’t stay my second night in the room because of the roaches in the bathroom. When I called the front desk they tried to tell me because it was past check in time, I couldn’t switch rooms. I did not get a refund or anything for my last night , and I expressed to the lady at the front desk that I wasn’t staying in the room for that night with roaches. I was later told that because she didn’t communicate that with the morning shift people, that there was nothing they could do.

The location worked well as we went to get some Christmas shopping done, and the mall and Avenue are super close

Well I have never stayed at an extended stay property before this and didn’t realize the negative aspects to this, for one they absolutely would NOT budge when we requested a late check out, and we stayed in the middle of the week. Check out was at 11, at 10:45 they were knocking on our door making sure we were leaving. All we really needed was maybe 30 extra minutes, as I said it was a hard NO. Also, there were unpleasant smells, both from whatever was being cooked on our floor and constant marijuana smell, EVERYWHERE! We ended up staying 2 nights instead of the one and the 2nd night a roach basically crawled over my husbands foot in the bathroom.
