It was a nice location, pool was nice. Very close access to the beach but advertised and shown as map to be right on beach but it’s not.

Some of the sheets were dirty, controls were missing from a room. Also the biggest problem we had was that one of the rooms (not the master) was always hot even when ac was turned on. Ac issues on second bedroom.

Our home was damaged by Hurricane Ida and we repeatedly asked for a refund. All they said was we should’ve bought travel insurance. I explained that we had every intention of going on the trip and that no one could’ve planned for this severe hurricane. And even if I did have the insurance, it was through a 3rd party and they still could’ve denied my claim. RealJoy IS THE WORST COMPANY I’ve ever interacted with and advise everyone to stay away from them. Read reviews on Google first of other terrible stories

The property is located near a lot of stores, such as Walmart and Publix. Beautiful condo, beautiful view, convenient to the beach.

I was under the impression that I could have a beach view balcony. It is not located exactly on the beach, a couple of feet from the beach. Balcony view is behind other condos.

The TV’s would not connect to the internet, the satellite was out because of the rain, and the DVD players would not turn on. That was the only issue we had.

Loved the property

We were not exactly sure on where to park at first, and we were not sure if the bikes in the parking garage were usable by renters.

Beautiful, very clean room. Larger than expected and fully stocked with essentials.

Location is behind St Martaan so the view to see the gulf is at an angle between the buildings. We had just expected a more direct gulf view.

Better air conditioning in the bedrooms. The stovetop burners didn’t work well.
