Location was beautiful! Lots of restaurants within walking distance and secured parking lot appreciated for minimal cost. Lobby pleasant and smelled amazing. Lounge/bar area pleasant, bartenders social and helpful in recommending drink options. Room- separate living area very comfortable, kitchen nicely equipped. Partial view of the capitol. Room staff super nice and pleasant - floor 9.
Would prefer bathroom sink to be separate from room, but was ok. Toilet closet/shower area could use a fan.
Bed was very hard! Breakfast included in room rate but nothing special so visited restaurant across the street instead, Cafeteria 15L, amazing food!

Loved the room. Very comfortable. Beds comfortable and smelled amazing. Walls thick, hallways not noisy. Great ac. Staff was friendly. Awesome visit

Loved the space in the room! Was able to have my friends visit during the Convention. Nice place to hang out and rest for a bit.
It was a little hard to find to be honest.

so we tried to get into the parking garage thru the entrance that is near the hotel entrance and on a truck it is quite impossible. it would be helpful to hang up a notice that an entrance from the street is also availabe

it was very clean and I appreciated the hotel only parking next to the lot.
It was a little hard to find since the hotels lettering is in black but once I found it, it was much easier to know where it was located.

we were there for the California International Marathon so location was key! the location was close to the expo and finish of the marathon. the abundance of restaurants around also facilitated eating out without venturing too far. the room was very spacious and clean!
It would have been nice if the door on L street opened from the outside. there was rain on and off the days we were there so having easier access would have been nice. it’s a minor complaint

Was shocked to find a stove, full fridge, and even a dishwasher in our room! We had a beautiful view with trees everywhere. Truly exceptional.

Staff was excellent! Very accommodating, polite, kind, and helpful.
Room was clean, spacious, a perfect for us.
Breakfast was excellent both days. Appreciated the use of eco-friendly cutlery, plates and bowls, rather than everything individually wrapped in plastic. Coffee was great!

Pretty much everything about this place is great. The location, close to a number of different performance venues, is perfect, and there are a number of good restaurants nearby. The staff was very professional, helpful, and polite. A really great place.
It's a little expensive, although certainly not the most expensive place in the area. It may have cost a bit more because our reservation was on a Kings game night AND on Halloween weekend, as well.

They did a good job remodeling the place.
You can hear other guest walking in and out of their rooms which gets pretty loud. As soon as you walk into your room it has an odd smell to it, can explain the smell but some wall plug’s would be nice.

Hotel was under renovation, lobby pretty much a construction site with homeless folks coming through.
Breakfast was the worst I have been offered outside if Gaddafi-era Libya. At over $500 a night I would expect at least a banana!
