Friendly staff and comfy beds.
Breakfast was very mediocre Would’ve appreciated, some hot cereal, and fresh fruit. The decor was very dated and could have been modernized.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful!!
Sadly the water did not work in my shower, sink and toilet. I only stayed one night but not having water was a little difficult. When I did go to shower in the morning there was a small cockroach in the tub.

My confirmed reservation was completely ignored. I didn't get the room I had reserved, nor the floor that I had requested. The night clerk said it was "oh well, things juss sometimes don't work out."
No price accomodation could be made, according to the night clerk, because I booked with a third party (booking.com).

This was SUCH a nice surprise. The hotel was extremely clean, very nicely designed, staff was super friendly, It was right off the interstate and easy to get to. The air conditioner actually worked and kept the room clean. It was the nicest hotel I have stayed in for some time. I travel up 35 frequently, and I will stop in Perry from now on!

Stayed her multiple times and it’s always consistent—clean, nice staff, and good value.
Breakfast was a little lighter than usual but I think that’s because of Covid and lack of help to work.

We loved the atmosphere of the motel. Lawrence was the person who greeted us and he was so incredibly helpful and told us a little about the area. He was also very proud of the awards that they have won.
We needed more washcloths in the room that was designed for four and did not have four washcloths. Also, the pool was a bit cloudy, but not the worst that we saw. Finally, the breakfast options were very minimal.

It was clean.
It was loud. Our room was on the first floor close to the front desk. We could hear loud talking throughout the night and doors slamming. The bed was uncomfortable. The window wouldn’t shut correctly so the wind blowing through it was loud.

The place was just really nice, as this was our first time staying with this hotel, breakfast was great, rooms clean and beds comfortable, would definitely stay again!
Only downside, our tub won't drain the water, but we let front desk know so that it could be fixed
