Great restaurant on site. Cabins very nice and private, included hammock and little table outside on porch. Some with sea view. Quick walk to beach right out front. Beach is long and flat, great for walking. Surf wasn't great while we were there - close out beach break. Access to outdoor kitchen area with free drinking water and fridge available. Small pool close by.

Hot - little airflow in the cabin and very steamy. Mosquitos pretty insistent.

the only bad thing was that the protection against mosquitos was broken so we left bitten by a lot by mosquitos. During the night this keept us up and did not help us chill and relax. The windows have no glasses, just some protection against mosquitos so it was cold during the night.

Right on the water, could heat the waves from the room. There is a comunal space / refrigerator for cooking or keeping food. Nice pool!

The room was veery small. No place to put a surfboard even...

It was simply a disaster. I have never ever met such unfriendly and uninspired people.

Everything. We left one night before . even though we had paid before. Even though upon leaving there was not a simple question why we did not like it. ABSOLUTELY not recommendable!!!! Do never ever go there!!

I’m glad I read the reviews before booking my stay because it did not disappoint. if you’re looking to ground yourself with nature surrounded by raw elements of the environment, than here’s the place you want to stay whilst visiting Ayampe!
