Our room was very comfortable and the area was very quiet. We would stay here again.

We stayed in rm 117. Large windows that we opened to let the light in and we didn't like that the housekeeper used the back patio in the morning to go back and forth. At one point, we felt we had to shut the blinds to keep our privacy.

Loved the Hideaway in every way except the bathroom. The shower door was so narrow it was hard to get into the shower. Once in it was great! If you weigh more than 250 you might want to look elsewhere but if not it is a great place!

When we booked on booking.com the room they sold us was spacious with a big window. Instead we got a shoebox size room when we arrived. Very disappointing. On top of that the toilet didn’t work on the first night. The hotel repaired it only that on the second night it didn’t flush again. The hotel put us in a different hotel the third night ( where the shower did not get hot) with a promise of getting a free hotel night in the future, which never happened.

I stayed in room 117 which was really spacious. Always a great stay at the Hideaway.

We loved the central easy location easy to walk to all the main restaurants & cafes. Really enjoyed the pool & the cool retro vibes & styling choices. It’s simple but it’s all you need & very quiet also.

Beautiful property tucked away from the hustle & bustle of town. Great location is walkable to restaurants, coffee, the ps museum, art installations et al. Loved the room (#111), spacious with a very comfortable bed. Loved the perfectly warm pool! Grounds are impeccably clean and we loved the no kids/no pets policy (although we enjoy kids & pets) because the property was so incredibly peaceful and quiet. Also check in & check out was seamless. We'd love to stay again someday! Thank you!

We loved everything and not a big deal but : We had travel water bottles, but with the understandable no glass by the pool rule it would have been extra nice to have some plastic tumblers in the kitchenette for use by the pool. Also K cup coffee was available but no teas.

Loved the 60's Mid-Century style architecture and furnishings. Loved the location.

The troubling facet is that there is nobody there in the event that something goes wrong. Management communicates by text. In another hotel with this setup, there was a mix up with our room and nobody was available to correct it. The heating unit in The Hideaway sounded like a freight train every time it kicked on. In addition, not all of the light switches worked.

This was the most quiet place we have ever stayed. The property is very nice. Everyone was awesome. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

I cannot stress enough how impressive this property is. If you love the retro art deco feel, this is the place for you. It's situated right next to a gorgeous mountain, which provides great shade in the afternoon around the pool area, which is one of the highlights. Everything is very clean and the check in process is virtual, which we found to be seamless.

The actual shower had no light in it, and was very small.

Such a pleasure to stay here. I made a last minute request and they were gracious enough to accommodate..and they certainly didn't have to😌

Perfect property for anyone looking for a quiet Palm Springs oasis that is just two blocks from the action. Terrific pool. Wonderful setting. Very quiet.
