Central location

Very noisy! Both from outside (the street is a party, as is the 7th floor bar! The central ventilation in the room is super noisy. The hotel is aware as they provide grey noise machine as well as earplugs… but beware

Jonathan at the reception was realy nice and helpful he gave us good tips for eating out and spending the day in Austin. The room was nice and had a beautiful view. The Hotel has a nice restaurant in the lobby were they serve good food even until late. The hotel has a good location, you can reach everything by foot.

There was a air vent in the room that made a squeking noise, we had to stuff a towel in there for the night. On the day we left the hotel we took our car from the valet service, while paking our things in the car there was a wierd homeless guy sneaking arround our luggage, nobody from the valet service said anything or took the secuirty of their guests seriously.

They charged the room 2 times the same price for one night. I still call every day to solve the problem and I realized they have charged a third time the same price. What can I do?

We valet parked Friday evening between 7 and 8. The next morning when the truck was brought around, someone had wrecked the truck and did not report it! When brought to their attention, the employee stated "this is the 2nd vehicle TODAY that acquired damage"

A vista para cidade é incrível! Ótima localização com mercadinhos e farmácia de facil acesso. 12 minutos a pé para Target e Whole Foods. Cama confortável, chuveiro bom e amenidades simpaticas. Voltaria e recomendo com certeza!

Tive só um problema com uma encomenda, apesar de ter sido respeitoso o tratamento, a resolução do problema não foi muito eficiente. Mas foi selecionado

Pleasant room with city views, comfy bed and plenty of space to unpack and relax. Friendly and responsive staff (including the excellent housekeepers - who made sure a couple of requested amenities were in my room upon arrival (in the early hours of the morning; much appreciated). Excellent, walkable location close to restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, etc. Having been on the road for a month, access to the pristine, in-house laundromat was a welcome plus -- and the concierge happily supplied me with quarters! Also noting that the hotel was at capacity due to sxsw, but didn't seem to have any negative impact on the experience or service. Well done, would return.

They stole my money (1213.29) would not give me a room or accommodation in any way, Johnathon rolled his eyes at me for his mistake more than he tried to actually fix the problem, this is after he stole my money and then made me wait for over an hour in the lobby for management and was too scared to approach me once he figured out he really messed up to the point that they couldn’t get me booked in even after he took my money.

Johnathon should really get that rolling eye fixed tho because that’s not gonna bode well with the next husband or wife that comes in and he screws up the reservation. He should be fired! FIRED! That attitude is not acceptable for front desk/customer service!

The service we received from the front desk was superb. The room was cleaned well daily. The bakeshop made the best coffee!

Location, great staff, great room

We were on the 30th floor and could hear/feel thumping EDM music from the second floor until 2:10 am. They need to seriously keep all guests in mind when their DJ is spinning.

City view room was not up to your high standards. Good Afternoon, First , I would like to thank you for the refund. I was disappointed in the view, I took a screenshot of what I saw when I was booking the room. I did not feel that is what I got when, I entered the room. I was running to an event at 4 pm CDT, so I could not reconcile the issue. There was only one window (3’ X 6’) approximately. I did not realistically expect to see the capitol dome, I did expect the number of windows in the screenshot. I also noted the room I stayed in was ADA compliant for the hearing impaired which could explain the lack of widows and reduced natural light in the room. I would ask you to go to Room 2709 and see if you feel that meets the high standards of your hotel for a room with a city view and compare it with the screenshot below. Second, I would like to congratulate on your high standards that I enjoyed during the my stay at your wonderful hotel, from the minute I pulled up , I felt like a valued customer and guest. The first person I met was the valet, they were happy and professional as well as helpful, having my pickup taken care of by the valet, I made my way to the second floor and was greeted promptly, cheerfully and politely by the clerk. She was very nice and greeted my wife , me and our dogs. We were swiftly given our room and made our way to the elevators. Every interaction with your staff was positive. Our room was nice and clean, the hallways, elevators and lobbies were nice and clean ass well. We grabbed a bite to eat on the first floor and our server was wonderful. When we came back from our event, everything was great, could not be any better. When we left and asked about the room view. The clerk at the desk was very nice and explained the issue to us. We felt like we had been heard, but we did not agree and probably would not do the city view next time. We picked our vehicle and the valet was great, very nice
