Augusto Imperatore Luxury Home, la estructura más lujosa de la marca Piazzadelpopololuxuryhome, es un apartamento de lujo, ubicado a pocos pasos de la Piazza di Spagna, recientemente renovado y amueblado con importantes pinturas y muebles antiguos (período Luis XVI). El apartamento está en el segundo piso (con ascensor) en un edificio antiguo y suntuoso en el corazón de Roma, en Via della Frezza, en la esquina de Via del Corso; a poca distancia: Piazza Augusto Imperatore, Piazza di Spagna y Via dei Condotti.
Amplio y confortable, es ideal para familias o pequeños grupos de amigos. Con una superficie de 120 metros cuadrados, el apartamento consta de 2 dormitorios, uno de ellos suite, equipado con vestidor y baño privado con cabina de ducha con sistema de cromoterapia. La zona de noche se completa con otro dormitorio y un baño. Las habitaciones están elegantemente amuebladas con muebles del período imperial francés (1800).
Todas las habitaciones tienen camas Queen Size. En el salón encontramos una espléndida mesa, decorada con antiguos mosaicos de mármol con bases de patas de león en mármol de Carrara, con capacidad para 8/10 personas; un televisor de 50 "en la pared y dos sofás muy grandes y cómodos que pueden acomodar a otras personas. Todas las habitaciones tienen grandes ventanas y techos altos, característicos de los antiguos edificios romanos. Cada habitación de la casa tiene aire acondicionado y calefacción.
La cocina está totalmente equipada, con lavavajillas y TV. También hay un área de lavandería completa con lavadora y secadora. Los televisores son de última generación, equipados con señales satelitales y digitales.

We had the most incredible stay. You cannot ask for a better location and the apartment itself is clean, super spacious and a perfect mix of modern and old world decor. Edoardo is a gracious host. He greeted us enthusiastically upon our arrival and was extremely responsive and forthcoming with information prior to our arrival. The location of the apartment itself is close to everything….beautiful restaurants, shops, grocery stores and important sites. I would recommend this apartment to anyone, including those travelling with children. Thank you Edoardo for making our stay in Roma a comfortable and happy one!

The five-star reviews that I had read online before booking turned out to be true for us.
The location is excellent, and the property manager and his staff were terrific.
It's in a quiet street but only a few steps away from a major shopping area.
Spanish steps, Trevis fountain, etc., are all within walking distances (15-20 min each).
The apartment is quite spacious and everything worked.
If I ever come to this part of Rome, I would definitely stay here.

This is the second time we have stayed at this apartment. The proximity to every destination, dinner spot, and historical site is fantastic; nothing was more than a 20-minute walk. The host is wonderful, a great communicator, and extremely helpful. The cleanliness of the apartment is the best. Fabulous stay.

This villa has the best location in Rome. 2 minutes to Spanish steps, tons of restaurants, grocery and many shops within 1 minute. Beautiful villa, very spacious and our host Edorado was magnificent, always available and true first class host. This is where you want to stay if you come to Rome. Don’t miss out on this magnificent villa. I give this villa 5 stars.

This is a great apartment! Very clean and spacious.

Edoardo was an exceptional host from beginning to end. He was communicative and accommodating.
Location was excellent. We walked to all major sites from this location. There is a grocery store within a 2 minute walk. Plenty of restaurants to choose from.
I highly recommend this apartment- and I am not easy to please…

We loved our weeklong stay at this beautiful apartment near the Spanish steps. The pictures are completely accurate. The owner’s list of suggested restaurants in the neighborhood was a big help and he made airport transfer arrangements as well. A great place for exploring Rome!

Staying in the Frezza Apartment was a wonderful experience! The apartment is lovely- clean, comfortable, and wonderful amenities. The location was truly the best area of the city we have stayed! Easy to get to all major attractions and wonderful markets and neighborhood restaurants. Most of all, Edoardo was a delight and a great assistance from before we arrived to the last day when he coordinated our transportation to the airport on departure.

The apartment is lovely - just as advertised. The host, Eduardo was very responsive and arranged our transfers from the port of Civitavecchia and our driver to the airport. He also had recommendations for the area. The location is excellent and a welcome quiet from the bustle of the main tourist areas. The apartment has a washer and dryer which was very helpful during our 4 days stay. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Rome!

We loved our stay at Freeza Apartment. The location was perfect for tourism, very short walk from the Spanish Steps, subway, great restaurants/cafes, and lots of shopping, both high end and average/affordable. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, modern and comfortable, exactly as described. Edoardo was incredibly helpful booking car service for us, offered expert information about the area and was very prompt to respond. We would highly recommend!

We were so happy with this apartment! The location was amazing, and we walked to the Vatican, coliseum, Trevi, Spanish Steps, and TONS of restaurants and shopping.
Our host, Edoardo, was friendly and communicative, and he made car arrangements and provided restaurant suggestions that were just what we we’re hoping for.
The apartment was spacious, clean, and beautiful. So convenient for our stay in Rome!

We loved our stay at this beautiful apartment. It is the perfect location - you can walk to wonderful shops, the spanish steps, the colosseum, and on and on. There is a taxi stand very close and the newly-opened Bulgari hotel is a great place for breakfast. Don't even think twice - book this apartment and have fun in Roma!!

This property is all as advertised. My wife and I along with our 3 Adult aged children had a wonderful time. The air conditioning kept us cool, washer/dryer came in handy and we even cooked a little breakfast on most days. The location is perfect, especially as it was our first trip to Rome.

We were blown away by Eduardo's flat in Rome. This was our first time visiting Rome and we didn't know anything about the city prior to our stay. Communication with Eduardo and his team was wonderful. Ed met us at the apartment and filled us in on everything we needed to know. He even left us a list of all his personal favorite restaurants in the area.
The apartment is right near the major shopping street in Rome--down the street from the Spanish Steps. The location couldn't have been more perfect. We had amazing restaurants, bistros, gelato shops and historical sites all within walking distance. The apartment was gorgeous. Big, spacious, airy, recently renovated and very comfortable for our family of three. Everything from the furniture, the real gold-leaf on the walls, the gorgeous floor paneling from Venice, the ultra-modern kitchen and bathrooms--everything was absolutely perfect.
If and when we return to Rome, we will definitely give Eduardo a call and see if this amazing apartment is available. Grazie!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment. Eduardo was extremely helpful in arranging our transportation from the airport and meeting us at the apartment to check in. He showed us how everything worked in the apartment and, as it was our first time in Rome, pointed out on a map the main attractions in the city. We worked with Edward to choose this property for a girls trip to Rome. My mother, my daughter, and I went to spend a few days in Rome before leaving my daughter for a semester abroad. The location was perfect, right in the middle of shopping, but quiet at night. The apartment itself is beautiful, clean, well maintained, and the air conditioning was amazing during this hot summer! Edward was extremely responsive and helped us organize transportion to and from the airport, as well as private tours. We loved it and will definitely stay again!

A wonderful visit in a beautiful home. Easy check-in process, lovely space, great location. Stayed with our 2 16 year old grand-children. We used both bedrooms, both bathrooms, and the sleeper sofa in the living room. All were tremendously comfortable and beautifully appointed. Would be thrilled to return on a future visit to Rome.

Our family of 4 (kids aged 13 and 10) stayed here while in Rome and it was perfect!!! Loved the updated bathroom, and it is so centrally located we got everywhere easily. The check in and check out was easy and so helpful. They were also super responsive with helping with transport and suggestions. Would highly recommned this vrbo!!

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom modern apartment with antique decor is in the perfect central location to walk to everything in Rome within 30-35 minutes plus shopping and restaurants galore just outside your door. Washer, dryer and full kitchen make it an upgrade over a hotel room.

Great Location & Cozy Home
Our family of 5 adults enjoyed our stay in this lovely and cozy home. It had all the amenities we needed and was close to everything. The shopping was fantastic! The restaurants were great. And most importantly, we got great service from Edoardo! He arranged the car service for pick up from the airport and the car service to train station for drop off. He provided white glove service.

Rome family trip
We travel often and prefer to stay in privates homes so we use VRBO.... This is one of the BEST places we have EVER stayed at using VRBO. It is exactly as described in the posting on VRBO and in the perfect location. You can easily walk to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, etc. There are hundreds of places to eat, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. all within walking distance.
I cannot imagine anyone writing a bad review about this property. We are from the United States and assumed the air conditioning would be poor because of our previous experiences traveling in Europe. But, this apartment is PERFECT and is of better quality than many places we have stayed at in the USA. You get what you pay for and we will absolutely stay at this apartment again in the future.
The communication with Edoardo (in English) was perfect and he even arranged for several transfers for us at the last minute. This is clearly operated by a professional management team and we LOVED this large, sprawling, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom fully remodeled apartment in downtown Rome and cannot wait to stay here again!!!!!!

Great location; great for families; great management
First time in Rome; for our family of 4. The communication from Edoardo made our arrival and departure very stress free. Overall, the place was great: relatively large size; the “necessary” amenities; clean; awesome central location; quick, responsive communication from Edoardo/management. It checked all of the boxes! Would do it again in a heartbeat!

Great stay!
Eduardo was wonderful from start to finish- he met us at the apartment and helped us with airport transfers. He responded quickly to all questions. The apartment is located centrally close and walkable to so many parts of Rome. It was clean and quiet and exactly as advertised. It is a bit dark but after the bright Roman sun it was lovely to return home to a cool dark retreat!

Loved Our Roman Apartment
The building was quiet, very clean and central to all Piazza's we were interested in. We were minutes away from the best shopping in Rome, and the Spanish steps. The unit had all the comforts of home, very clean and decorated with a stylish and artistic flare. Most importantly we were impressed with Edoardo's assistance and knowledge of the local area; where to go, where to eat and how to get around. Edoardo, thank you for making our stay special. We will definetely be back.

Amazing apartment, wonderfully decorated with all high end appliances, incredible location. Management above and beyond to insure our stay in Rome was the best it could be.
