Matress tended to roll you toward the middle and creaked on the side toward the window as you sat down on it as if the frame was cracked. Thermostat showed low battery the whole stay.

We had a family emergency while there, and the staff was so amazing,caring, and helpful

Fire pit! No complaints when we gathered in lobby after wedding (a little loud at times). Breakfast was good (sausage gravy would’ve been perfect)!

The pool was closed most of our stay The front desk woman was rude We were over charged and when i tried to ask i was sent away.

they added an “incidental” charge of $50 while I was there and told me when I left it would be taken off within three days. They haven’t removed the charge. Apparently they charged me for my dog, a miniature labradoodle. She is well trained, does not shed and couldn’t tell we even had a dog. No mention of a pet charge to me, just saw it on the invoice. Looked like it was removed but it hasn’t been on my credit card.

I was overcharged. I have messaged multiple times and not gotten a reply.

The staff was all very friendly. From the man who checked us in to the woman who checked us out and everyone in between. Breakfast was good, and there was someone refilling trays and anything else frequently. The whole hotel was very clean, including the pool area and the fitness center. We will definitely stay here again when we’re in town.

Comfortable beds. Large TV. Bathroom setup was roomy and had nice shower with soap and shampoo dispenser.

Front desk made me wait for 15-20 minutes to check in. I understand there was a system issue but she could have done what she did after 20 minutes as soon as i got there and contacted my room if she needed me for anything else. I felt it was an unnecessary wait. Refrigerator wasn't very cold.

I was at property almost 1pm and asked whether I could checked in early. I was told I have to pay $25 fee, and the staff was very rude.
