- We liked the location and the kitchen and how functional it was - the washer and dryer was a little small but very useful - The balcony was a great to relax and have a cup of coffe while looking at the view - high ceiling living room and loft was great for teenage kids

- There were termite dust/dropping ( probably from the wood ceiling/joists ) in one area of the living room. It was concerning as we didnt want to take any contamination back home. We promptly reported it but didnt get a response as to what was done to fix it. - the bedroom needs either AC or a ceiling fan . even in june it was considerably hot in side the bedroom only with the small table fan, overall the property has poor cross ventilation or ability to open windows/vents easily in bedrooms - The upstairs toilet very slow drain/clogs up and it was difficult to use and so did the lower level tub drain

The proximity to the beach, the elevator to the 4th floor was conveniant,especially with baggage. Dishwasher, washer, dryer

Cleanliness, noisy, falling apart air conditioner, bathrooms could be updated, shower drain was a bit slow, could use extra cutlery.

The location was good. There were many beaches, stores, and restaurants within walking distance.

The valve for the hot water in the tub was not fixed properly. The maintenance person changed the handle, but the spline on the valve stem was bad; therefore, the handle would spin not allowing the valve to open and close properly. The couch back is worn out and uncomfortable.

No central AC in the unit, very hot and muggy inside we had to buy 2 fans to help cool the bedrooms, the unit appeared to look dingy cob webs hanging down from the wooded ceilings

Close to the beach, places to eat and shop.

The use of AC being restricted, not enough electric fan to keep everyone cool down.

Excellent location .

The unit had a strange smell. Someone had cooked something in our unit or in a unit close by. That smell lingered for days.
