Lots of mis-steps. There are barely any outlets in the rooms, no place to charge computers/phones etc. Bathroom- tiny. Shower leaked a bit and hard to get water turned on without getting drenched. Critters at night in/on roof, noisy and scary. Coffee in the am was a debacle. Urns were pretty but no sternos- cold coffee, next day they had sternos but didn't light them- cold coffee. Staff is friendly, but check in took way too long and check out they almost billed me twice until I pointed out I had already pre-paid. They seemed to be under staffed and very scattered. We were there and it was a busy weekend, but the rate we paid did not match what we received.

Hotel is old, specifically old plumbing and room smelled of sewage that got worse with the rain. Made for an uncomfortable stay particularly for the price.

loved the history behind the hotel. stayed in the same room as Lily Pons and Carol Burnett. great location to go into town. lovely grounds.

since the property was built in the twenties it wasn’t that soundproof.

Our room was right by the pool. Bed was large and comfortable. Tv was massive. The pool was lovely and we mostly had it to ourselves.

Ingleside Inn was exactly as we expected. Very Chill, old school elegance. The rooms are very comfortable considering the age of the facility. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, great service.

We booked the resort as an 'adult only' hotel, as advertised on the website. Unfortunately, there were 3-4 families during half our trip. We love kids but were expecting peace and quiet. It's wrong for hotels to charge for water in rooms.

Lovely inn. Gentleman at the desk was very helpful with clarifying a charge and giving us information on getting to Joshua tree national park and other destinations . Pool was lovely and our room was clean, good size with a great patio with loungers. Walkable to the main strip.

Unbeatable location, clean and pretty property

Not a ton of privacy in the rooms as they are all on ground level by the front desk / cars. Mattress was very squeaky
