Completo y moderno equipamiento: Wifi (fibra óptica),TV-Cable, Netflix, Aire acondicionado, Caja fuerte, Lavadora de ropa, lavavajillas, microondas, etc.
El edificio está acondicionados para personas con movilidad reducida (acceso desde el apartamento a la playa sin ningún escalón).

Pedro is a very good host, he made the whole experience easy and was polite and accommodating to our needs. The apartment is very well placed, clean, modern and well appointed and maintained, close to beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Excellent for 3 to 4 adults, or a family of 4. Well done Pedro, we would definitely recommend you, and hope to come back soon.

We really enjoyed the apartment. It felt spacious, comfortable and was bright and airy. The bedrooms were away from the street, so quiet and cool. The amenities were all top class. The apartment is handy to beaches, the port, restaurants, cafes and bars. The owner was kind and accommodated us very well. I highly recommend.

Cannot say anything but good things about Pedro's apartment. Very clean and modern and airy. The beach is less than two minutes away from the apartment with plenty of places to eat. Transport for downtown shopping was excellent even though we had a car it can be difficult to find parking. Pedro recommended that we park in the local parking for a week which costs 42 euros for the week with a refund of 7.00 euros on return for the entry card they provide. This was less than 1 min from our apartment as we rented the car for the week it was rather easy to get around the Island with your GPS. Banana plantation Tour was excellent and the Rum Factory tour also can be booked. Look on the beach for the Tourist Information Bureau which was excellent advice on what to see on the Island. Downside it can get a little noisy in late evening but not enough to disturb you it quietens down around 11.00 pm. All in all would definitely recommend this property it is on the third floor with a lift and the whole building is clean and tidy. There are numerous shops for food buying especially Spar but also lots of yummy cake shops for pastries. Avoid Casa Blanca restaurant on the beach, it looks lovely all lit up at night but the Cocktails are very weak and the food has too much salt added and the service is very poor. Also, avoid the Fish restaurant at the end of the Pier the food was very bland and overpriced and the fish dishes were basic. Ask for recommendations from the locals on where to eat.

Pedro is great and so is this sunny, spacious apartment overlooking a picturesque cobblestoned street. Good shower and Netflix for English guests that doesn’t require signing in. The suite even has a bidet in one of the washrooms, proving the Spaniards are more cultured than us North Americans. Very close to the beach and Hiper-Dino, a large well-stocked grocery store with a butcher and loads of fresh fish. Get your coffee from the local coffee shop next door. Enjoy beautiful Las Palmas!

Séjour parfait
Nous avons passé la semaine de Noël dans l appartement de Pedro. Tout est bien équipé. Il y a des essuies en quantité suffisante et en réserve. La cuisine a les ustensiles et appareils adéquats. Les chambres sont situées a l'arrière, ce qui est très important pour le bruit. La nuit , on n'entend aucun bruit venant de la rue. L'appartement est entouré de tout ce dont on a besoin: commerces, marchand de fruits et légumes, pharmacie...
Tout était parfait pour nous.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, für uns ideal. Strandnähe,
Nähe zum Hafen, einkaufen um die Ecke, nur 10 Minuten zu den
Bushaltestellen.
Die Wohnung ist ganz neu eingerichtet, sehr sauber. Die Schlafzimmer liegen zur Innenhofseite und sind damit ruhig. Der Vermieter war sehr bemüht um unsere Belange und Wünsche. Wir fühlten uns wirklich gut aufgehoben und betreut. Wir können diese Fewo wirklich empfehlen.

appartement slechts 50m verwijderd van de zee.
Een fijn geluiddicht centraal gelegen modern appartement op de 3e verdieping (met lift), je kan het je niet beter wensen. De gastheer Pedro Plaza is uitermate behulpzaam en gaf ons voor vertrek uit Nederland alle benodigde informatie wat betreft vervoer vanaf het vliegveld en regelde op ons verzoek zelfs een taxi van en naar het vliegveld.

Modern, well equipped and maintained apartment in perfect location near beach, shops and restaurants
The owner was very helpful and agreed to a late checkout so we were able to enjoy our last day without having to drag suitcases around.
The apartment block is small, quiet and secure. The apartment was spacious for two people. The kitchen has a good sized fridge freezer, electric hob and microwave along with a good selection of kitchenware.
Wifi was fast and reliable. The TV has access to lots of channels including news and sports (various football leagues, champions league, tennis, golf etc).
There is a fruit and veg shop on the nearest cross roads along with a mini market - handy for mineral water.
The apartment location is ideal for the beach but also not far from Santa Catalina if you want to get out and about by bus.
We would definitely stay here again and have no reservations recommending it to others.

Sunshine and warmth in January
The apartment was very well appointed, extremely clean, comfortable and well equipped.
It was also in an excellent location, being close to Las Canteras beach and promenade, which is blessed with a large number of restaurants and shops. There was also a Minimarket and Fruiterer just yards away from the apartment.
Buses to the centre of the city of Las Palmas were only a short walk away and from there you could catch buses to other parts of the island, or just wander through the characterful streets of the old city.
The weather was good throughout at about 22 degrees C during the day - a very pleasant temperature for January.

Diese Wohnung ist absolut perfekt für einen Urlaub in Las Palmas.
Zur Lage:
Man geht 1 Minute bis zum Strand mit Promenade, in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Bäckereien und Supermärkte, Restaurants gibt es sowohl an der Strandpromenade wie auch im ganzen Stadtgebiet. Man geht nur 10 Minuten bis zum großen Kaufhaus Corte d`Íngles und 20 Minuten längs der Strandpromenade bis zum riesengroßen EKZ Las Arenas.
Zur Wohnung:
Die beiden Schlafzimmer liegen im hinteren Bereich und bekommen Licht, Luft und absolute Stille aus einem großen Innenhof. Es gibt ein sehr modernes Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC und Bidet und ein Gäste-WC. In der großen, top ausgestatteten Küche kann man gemütlich zu zweit essen, im Wohnzimmer ist Platz für 6 Personen.
Die ganze Wohnung ist super sauber!!
Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt und für das nächste Jahr schon reserviert.

stayed at the apartment for 10 nights Pedro the owner met us there and was very helpful and showed us all the facilities in the flat and the surrounding area , shops ,cafes, and beaches.the apartment is idea position 1 min from beach and 2 min walk to spar shop.overall the apartment was very clean and tidy as photos- beds very comfortable kitchen great and bathrooms and shower excellent,although the apartment is central it is very quite at night I do recommend to anyone that needs first class accomadation thanks Pedro, ps ex comms also.

Gute Lage und Austattung
Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen und modern ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett.
Als Nachteil empfanden wir die Hellhörigkeit des Hauses, da jeder Tritt im Treppenhaus, jedes Stühlerücken und jedes Gespräch aus den anderen Wohnungen hörbar sind. Vor allem bei offenem Fenster zum Innenschacht des Hauses.
Weiterhin fanden wir befremdlich, dass extrem hoher Wert auf blitzblanke Fußböden im Hausflur gelegt wird bei einem Apartment, dass mit Strandnähe wirbt. So haben wir also jedes Mal gefegt und geputzt, wenn die Kinder noch Sand an den Schuhen hatten, als sie ins Haus gingen.
Ansonsten war alles prima.

Lovely apartment close to the beach in Las Palmas
Very nice apartment on a side street near the beach. Third floor but has a lift. Apartment is well equipped and very clean. Air con works well. Lots of storage. Ideal base for exploring the city. The old town is three miles away. Nice walk or you can take the bus. Bus stops nearby. Loads of nice restaurants nearby. Best was Don Quixote. Supermarkets within walking distance too. We had a great stay.

The apartment is in an ideal location for the beach, city and public transport. Pedro is an efficient host, very helpful. We stayed in this apartment for a week. The apartment is fantastic, the photos exactly match the reality. Well maintained, clean and stocked with every need. The owner, Mr. Pedro Plaza, is a very helpful and friendly person, explained everything very carefully. The building is very quiet and clean, close to a Spar supermarket and a few meters from the beach, where there are many bars and restaurants. A short walk from Santa Catalina Park where there is the bus station that connects the city with the airport and other resorts on the island, very convenient. Taxi stop very close. Very comfortable! Apartment absolutely to recommend, if returning to Las Palmas we will definitely be back here. Thank you, Mr. Plaza!

Lovely apartment in a perfect location

Pedro was brilliant, keeping in touch with us regularly and generally being a perfect host. He arranged our airport transfers which made everything easy and stress free.

Pedro nous a accueillis personnellement et chaleureusement. Son appartement est très bien situé, à quelques pas de la plage, des commerces et des restaurants, dans un immeuble neuf.
L'appartement est confortable, spacieux, calme et très bien équipé. Il ne manque absolument rien à vrai dire.
Nous ne pouvons que le recommander et ne manquerons pas de nous adresser à Pedro lors de nos prochaines vacances à Las Palmas.

Excellent location, beautiful apartment
This is our 4th time in LP and Pedro's apartment is the nicest one we have stayed so far. Not only is it steps away from the beach, but the apartment itself is very comfortable, brand new and equipped with everything! (WiFi, kitchen stuff, linens, dishwasher, satellite TV etc.). It's super spacious and can comfortably accommodate 4 people (we are 2). And Pedro is very kind, meeting our requests rapidly! Thank you Pedro!!
