the bed was very comfortable and room yet very dated, was clean

office hours were 6am-11pm. we got there at 8:55 and office was closed and dark. said breakfast was 6am all doors locked and no one available

The hotel was clean but very dusty in the room. The breakfast was nice, Price was too high for the area.

We experienced a theft from our truck in the parking lot. A part of our truck was removed with a screwdriver or tool. This was not evident to us immediately due to it being around the fog light area on the front of the truck, until we stopped 90 miles later for gas. Our truck is new and was in perfect condition when parked for the night. We have many friends and family in the area and have notified them of the event. We only stayed 1 night. We are care-givers for our parents and stay in this area often. This was our first time staying here. We have never had any issues with our previous locations within the area. I have contacted the property with no resolution.

Tiny tvs. No coffee due to incomplete coffee maker. I had to go to the lobby to ask for soap and shampoo. I had to clean what looked like dried pizza sauce off the stand between the beds.

Clean and comfortable. Kept warm, easy to use room heater. We had a microwave and mini fridge in the room.

Needed more bath towels. Facial tissue box needed replaced. But nothing real major.

Have stayed many times in several years. The property is now rundown. Others in our group had several issues in their rooms. Cleanliness . Bathrooms not very clean. The pool is not open which they said was because of COVID which is one reason we have always stayed there when visiting

Had to call to get light bulbs replaced. Was not vacuumed! There was only 1 bath towel in the room for 3 people, had to go and get more towels and there was no bath mat for you to step on when you get out of the shower! It used to be better! And the pool was empty!

The owners are very accommodating. She was so kind during the checkin process. We were here the same time as the old cars tour stopped. She was busy and just so professionals. Rooms clean and comfy!

This used to be a mom and pop business, 3 years ago it was a clean decent place. It's changed hands and has gone downhill. Breakfast room had no AC and the food was almost nonexistent and what there was didn't look edible. Pool had a little stagnant water at one end. Overall a big disappointment!

The cleaning staff could do better my mom's dog found somebody's used chewing tobacco pouch and some tater tots under the bed I found a pacifier under the bed the room had not been cleaned and my mom killed a cockroach. When we called to complain they didn't even answer their phone we called from our room and from my cell

Breakfast was minimal. Toast, cereal, juice, etc. No eggs or biscuits and gravy.

Provide eggs and biscuits and gravy. The pool wasn't open. Rooms were dirty. Feces under toilet seat.

Breakfast was posted to be starting at 6, went in at 6:30 there was nothing in there but a few prepackaged pastries and a some oranges that looked old. My wife went in to pay for the room, she said the person up front did not seem happy. We ask for a room at the end of the complex and got one next to the office in the center. Reason for the end would be making it easier to walk my service dog.
