A cozy, nice vacation spot. Close to playground and field, pickleball courts, basketball court. Really liked that came with 8 SHARC passes, and was a big factor in decision to go with this rental. Pool was fun. Good value.

Wish hot tub was working. Couldn't get cold water to work in kitchen, always got very hot. Not the owners' fault but very limited SHARC hours was a bummer.

Roomy. Ping pong table. Bike paths.

House is outdated. Hot tub doesn't look like it has worked for quite some time! I have been promised a discount for the non functioning hot tub and haven't seen it yet.

The location and ease of access when entering the home.

The house was dirty upon arrival. There were dirty socks under one of the beds and crumbs on the carpets. One of the TVs was missing a remote. The advertised AC did not work. The host called the day of the reservation to inform us that the hot tub was broken, but they would try and fix it. They didn’t contact us with an update about the hot tub until the last day, when they called and said they would only credit us $25 dollars per day since it didn’t get fixed.
