We liked that the property was clean, roomy, and close to our destination.

We received a text on our way to the property that the couch bed would not be available for use do to damage by previous tenants and that an air mattress would be provided. At about 9:00 the next morning management came out to inspect the couch bed that was still usable as a couch. We were pretty upset they would do this during our stay and it led to them making the situation even worse to where the coach could no longer be used as a couch now. As a family of 7 losing the function of the only couch was a huge inconvenience. On the same day, my son called me from the property elevator informing me that he was stuck in it. We called the property management team and by the time they arrived, my son was able to get himself free, but seeing as it was very hot outside, this issue was extremely dangerous and concerning. In order to compensate us for the inconvenience of losing the function of the coach only, the same person who rendered the couch completely unusable called us and offered us compensation of $250 for the inconvenience. I accepted this amount although I did not feel it was fair compensation, but upon being told our refund was issued, they only issued it for $200. When I made them aware of the issue all I was told is that it had already been issued. I have included only a picture of the unusable coach to our review for reference.

Location to shopping and dining. Having a dedicated parking spot.

The beds in two of the rooms need to be replaced. The sheets were clean but comforter was dirty. The pool has bags of trash laying around

Locating, privacy, cleanliness and comfort.

Pool area needed some attention to the rockwork surrounding the pool. Lots of small broken pieces.

Location was amazing!

Nice spacious apartment, served purpose, great location in Gruene, good well equipped kitchen, no kettle, good bedrooms, comfy beds, good washing machine & tumble dryer. Plenty of storage space, towels, hot water & good air con.

balcony area not very clean, needs re paint & furniture update. Better written instructions of how to access property, had problem getting in door. Outside door light not working.

Location. Everything is walking distance from this location.

Elevator was broken. We were on the second floor. Door was unlocked when we arrived. Code to lock was ineffective. Phone support was terrible. Pillow covers in room with bunk beds had stains on them. Baseboards throughout condo were filthy.
