we arrived from doing some shopping and it was 9:40pm when we stopped by the front desk to see if the restaurant was still opened. Front desk agent said yes it closes at 10pm but even if you walk in at 9:55pm they will still serve you. I proceeded to the restaurant and it was 9:43pm by that time and the server mentioned it was closed already. i informed him the front desk said we could still get service. I could tell the server was bother and told us to take a table and he’s response to us was “ Ok sit down and order fast” my wife was bothered by he’s remark and we got up and left.

Beautiful lobby, comfortable room, lady at front desk very attentive and helpful 👍👍 Dinner at the restaurant was very good.

I didn't like the shower. Pool was cold.

I booked because it included breakfast Turns out it was coffee, toast & fruit 🤷🏼‍♀️ So we orderd breakfast & it was terrible. The restaurant and service very disapointing

Good location to move around. Easy in/out check in.

Too noisy in the hallways at night. Can't get a good night sleep. Management should consider warning loud visitors to keep the noise down to allow other customers to rest.

Convenient and safe location in the city center. the breakfast was really great especially the omelet/egg grill option. Staff were very attentive and friendly.

The gym was underwhelming and the machines were outdated. Parking was confusing as you have to go through valet but it’s tight getting into the front of the hotel lobby through a turnaround.

The hotel has nice facilities and it is well located near the CAS.

I did not like the traffic noise because it is located close to one of the main streets in Tijuana

jacuzzi was not cleaned good, I was also told the suite had a small fridge and there was none

very centric, very close to good restaurants and entertainment.

the room was very old, the worst was probably the restroom. it had this really weird smell, I don’t k ow if it was cleaned properly or the restroom just needs more maintenance. The remote control for the tv did not work. We informed staff and they ignored us.
