The only good thing about this place was the convenience to the beach. Which is what I wanted. There is no wifi but I did not come here to be in my room the whole time. The rest of this place was horrible! I booked this place from July 5th-July 11th.

I checked in at this place to drop off my luggage. Place seemed great at first until I came back to sleep. 1st off there were a few roaches running around after I woke up in the middle of the night. 1 cock roach was in the cupboard where the towels were located. There was NO bed bugs I checked. I did find blood on the mattress protector and on the fitted sheet that didn't fit. There were stains on the sheets as well. I saw/found a few cockroaches on the floor going under the dresser underneath the tv. While looking for new sheets I found old pillows that were stained and looked nasty (should be thrown). While communicating with them throughout the week, I was informed that I would only be getting a cleaning fee deposit back. I left the same night I saw more than 3 cockroaches in my room. I left because I refused to stay somewhere with an infestation! So I never got my money back after all this but the cleaning fee deposit! -WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

There was no internet, elevator only worked once( room was on third floor), walls were dirts, mold in ice machine, room was small, tv didn’t work due to lack of internet, not allowed to get clean sheets for bed, had to clean the room out for housekeeping before we checked out.

We enjoyed that it was quiet and peaceful. The room was an amazing value and exactly the kind of space we were looking for. Perfect for a couple looking for a place that's nice and quiet.

We had issues with the keypad on the door. It took us calling several times and about an hour of trying before we talked to the right person who told us how to do it properly. Once inside the unit, everything went well until we found a roach in the tub. We never heard back on what was done about that other than being asked if there was bug spray in the until. We always strip the bed to help out the cleaning crew before we leave, and what we found was disgusting. The pillows had brown and burnt orange stains all over them. Thank goodness we always bring our own head pillows and new pillowcases. I was shocked and couldn't believe the pillows hadn't been replaced since they were stained and seen by the cleaning crew. We also bring Odoban(an air and fabric disinfectant) and luckily sprayed it all over the bedding before we used it. And I noticed before we left that the fire detector was hanging from the ceiling and broken.

Nothing the whole hotel smelled like fish

The internet didnt work so if you wanted to enjoy the tv would also not work and it wouldn’t let u connect your hotspot to it so u feel like u living in dark age, we live in 2023 and still vacation spots dont have internet . They said they will give me credit which obviously will they never did , upon asking multiple time they still act like they wana give credit but never actually. So i will not recommend staying here to mess-up your vaccination . Would not recommend staying here.

I didn't like the fact that I book a unit with a stove and kitchenette and all I get is a microwave, a small sink and a dirty small refrigerator

Location was good. Definitely need to bring or rent a car, etc to get around if you want to get somewhere good to eat. Beach is close by...about a 3-5 minute walk across the street.

When we reserved the apartment, it was stated in the agreement and description that Internet and TV would be available. I also read some of the most recent reviews just prior to arriving that mentioned the TV and Internet wasn't available (as it was stated "available" in the agreement). I contacted the agent via text...they replied and stated "it was included and it would be available". When we arrived, and throughout our stay, it was not available. Also, customer service for questions was not available. No one on property to help if needed. It was a nightmare just trying to get in to the apartment as the codes sent didn't make any sense. There were flammable cans sitting on top of the water heater in the closet (behind a closed door that we didn't notice until the day before we were leaving), and papers stuffed in the vents of the A/C intake inside the same area for the A/C in the room. Complete code violations here. We did not feel safe, had no where to put the flammable materials as we could not find anyone on property to properly dispose of these items. Would not recommend this property to anyone. The advertising makes it look and sound wonderful...don't fall for it. Spend the extra money and go to a nice resort hotel on the beach instead. We are asking for a refund due to the false advertising and health/safety concerns. We have photos of the code violations and plan to send them to the appropriate personnel.
