Very poor

Location was good.

One of the bathroom sinks didn’t have running water. The door to the balcony in the living room was inaccessible, the door was stuck and lock was broken. The rod in the curtain in the living room was broken as well. They provided only one laundry pod to wash towels with. For a four night stay... the carpet in the bedroom was torn in one place and when I stepped on it a staple stabbed my foot. One of the lamps in the bedroom didn’t even have a lightbulb. Very disappointed. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWFUL! I tried calling, texting, and emailing trying to get more towels and answers about questions I had. Nobody answered or returned my messages and voicemails. I received no information on how check out works either. First time staying in Panama City Beach and the last time staying at the Long Beach Resort.
