View is great, room had plenty of towels for family of 5, tv had plenty of viewing options, love the tiki bar, had basics for cooking utensils.

The beds were stated as new but all 4 of us woke up sore each day, I wish there was maybe a pillow top or memory foam to make them comfier and thicker pillows. I also wish there was a small vacuum to help with all the sand and door mat for front and back door!

The view

Hairdryer was falling off wall, had one prong. It was dirty under bed, fan was gross… if it was on you couldn’t see the dirt. I assumed there would be a set of dishes and such to use however it was miss matched. Pictures were deceiving oh well we didn’t spend much time in our room and it was more about the view and accessibility to the beach…

Faculties/rooms were very dated; balcony furniture cheap and unacceptable; no light on balcony; tub was old, dirty and rusty. Light bulb in refrigerator out. Non-functioning beach umbrella. Limited kitchen equipment; 3 wine glasses, plastic and glass, all mismatched. This property has great potential, given its location on the beach, but disappointing and dated rooms.

We had to clean this unit when we arrived Dead cockroach under the bed and full of dust and crumbs, dishes were dirty, toilet had mold I. I. It. The vanity was full of hair

The location. The oceanfront view and private balcony. We really like this area.
