Great location. Friendly staff. Very clean and quite hotel with great kitchen in the room. Fridge, microwave, coffemachine, pots, plates, cups, everything like at home. Thank you so much for amazing vacation!

Great location, very friendly staff and rooms had everything you would need.

stayed in the winter, but the building temperature was very warm. Granted, hardly a negative but a little too warm in the apartments for our liking.

The room is big and have a small kitchen with everything you need. it’s a some kind of privately owned place. with one guy who do it all. he was very nice and welcoming.

The shower had some issues, low water pressure and VERY medium heat. I raised my concerns to the owner but there was nothing he could do. it was not fun or pleasant to take a shower. which kind of ruined the stay. especially when it’s cold outside and you just want a hot shower. no elevator if you stay in higher floors.

The hotel was in a quite area yet only 10 minute's walk to Time Square and the subway.

Entrance was filthy, the room was not clean, the bathroom was filthy, the gap between the shower and the sink was disgusting with tooth paste tube and tooth brush left there and the door bar into the bathroom was a disgrace, the wallpaper was hanging off in place’s, the quilt cover was ripped and stained, one bedside light shade was missing, one reading light wasn’t working, no kettle or tea, coffee, milk or sugar, the cooker nods came away in your hand We have more photos of our complaints if required. If this is the standard of accommodation you are advertising I will not be using or recommending Booking.com again.

The location is good

Not clean , smell not good at bathroom. The fridge made noise all the day and night, and it's 1 meter from the bed, so were difficult to sleep.

Shower was Dirty. Cleaning Service non existent. Front Desk non existent.

Staff attitude was rude and dismissive.Basic items missing such as a room for 4 people only had 2 cups not enough cutlery and no ice tray. Fridge was working but needed replacing as rusting and the kitchen unit was dilapidated and looked tired. Expected to use an old sponge to wash pots when asked for a new one was told she did not have one and she would clean it. Told her not to bother as I will buy a new one which I did at a cost of just a few cents. As our stay was for 7 days also asked for a cleaning spray which was never supplied so after few days we bought our own. Also 3 hangers supplied for a room for 4 people. Basic stuff which is expected and guest should not have to chase round for it.

Bathroom was big

The Bed was low kitchen counter was high don't give you cleaning service daily you have to do-it-yourself And we had no TV for 2 days and had to be changed to another room.

The city center and the subway were very close

great location, in hells kitchen, walking distance from time square. Rooms were comfortable and the airco worked well.

it was not cheap, but for New york prices it was very good.

everything. the attention was very bad, it hasn’t any commodity at the kitchen, a strong smell of clean products that’s make headache, no room service, only one chair for the room so one have to eat at bed or at the floor. A very bad experience for the price
