Very new establishment which is a plus. April the bartender had great attitude and service beyond expectation. She is an asset to the hotel.

It appears that they didn't believe in salting the entrance, sidewalks etc. The is ICE!!! For God's sake, people can break their necks....SALT please. - Housekeeping didn't completely prepare the room after the previous guest. Milk and coffee were not replenished. Best to check first. - No shower cap. First hotel I have stayed at that did not offer a shower cap. - Heard every sound from the hallway - No one seemed to know anything about the surrounding area. (Hated that the front desk on the 26th seemed more absorbed with speaking on the cell phone. Had to wait while she told the call that she had to go as there is a guest here and I waited for her to say good bye. I was baffled by this one) I guess I am just used to front desk doubling as the concierge for information and professionalism which clearly AC lacked.

Everything about the hotel and room were great! Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and nice with a great view of the river. Price was still steep ended up at about $330 for one night. Close and convenient, everything was nice! Thank you!

great location. LOVE the rooftop bar. shower pressure is wonderful and hot showers. they have nice bath products. beds are roomy and comfortable.
