Luxury Apartment with outdoor pool! (open summer months only)
* DESTACADO en la edición de enero de 2019 de 25 HERMOSAS REVISTAS DE HOGARES, este hermoso apartamento se encuentra en una posición elevada con vistas a Sunny Cove, Gara y mar adentro. Recientemente restaurado y amueblado a un nivel muy alto por los propietarios del diseñador de interiores, es cómodo y elegante. Esta propiedad comprende el tercer piso de una imponente villa victoriana, pero se accede a nivel de la carretera y tiene estacionamiento. La piscina climatizada al aire libre en los terrenos a continuación se comparte con los ocupantes de solo tres apartamentos vecinos y tiene un vestuario con ducha. Wellingtons está a solo diez minutos caminando cuesta abajo de la hermosa ciudad portuaria de Salcombe con su abundancia de boutiques y cafés, así como varias hermosas playas de arena, ¡la más cercana es North Sands y el famoso café de playa "Winking Prawn"!

Spacious, stylish and well equipped. Very comfortable for a family stay. The location gives a fab view and is close enough to town. Lovely to have parking. There are steps which might be an issue for less mobile people but our 77 not so fit managed ok. The lovely large pool was a real bonus and was warm. Definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Wellingtons. The apartment was perfect for our family - spacious and beautifully furnished but also very practical for a young family. The pool was super clean and warm - the children loved it. We enjoyed the walk into town - Salcombe is a great location with plenty of food options. South Sands beach was great with the added bonus of amenities. If you love gardens you must visit Overbecks National Trust - it is stunning. I should also add that our host was very quick at responding to our questions and very helpful.

A fabulous property with access to a lovely heated pool. Walking distance to North Sands Beach and the town centre - lovely view from balcony across to Sunny Cove - quiet and peaceful - also on a bus route ! We will return !!

Beautiful property in a great location.
Perfect size for 6 adults with a gorgeous view from the balcony.
Thankfully the heated outdoor pool was much warmer than the sea!!

This is a fantastic apartment beautifully designed in a wonderful location. So much thought has gone into the fixtures and fittings with luxury and comfort in mind. The pool is set in a lovely garden and is private and secluded. Close to town centre and North/South Sands. I would highly recommend.

Lovely apartment with sea view.
Short hilly walk into Salcombe. Sadly we didn’t sleep the last evening due to fire alarm battery dying and couldn’t be silenced. Owner kept in touch but they couldn’t get anyone as it was Bank holiday.

Fabulous apartment, tastefully decorated. Great views of the estuary from lounge and bedroom with a lovely balcony. Bedroom 3 a little snug with a shower room across the hall. Two good sized en-suite bedrooms.
Two allocated parking spaces.
Easy walk into Salcombe but very hilly coming up from Salcombe or North Sands.
Great food at Winking Prawn and amazing Sunday lunch at Gara Rock.
Definitely recommend this apartment.

A very smart, spacious and comfortable apartment, beautifully decorated with a lovely balcony looking out over the estuary and the sea (you can hear the waves crashing). The heated pool was a real treat too. An easy walk down to north sands beach and the town (the walk back up the hill requires a little more effort but worth it). A great place to stay.

We had a wonderful time staying at Wellingtons. The apartment was very spacious and had everything that we needed. It was very clean and tidy. The apartment is in a beautiful location of Salcombe and also has lovely beach views. Looking forward to returning in September again.

Stylish property
Very tasteful and comfortable property with easy parking for two vehicles. Three bathrooms, two en suite, and a great view. Heated swimming pool a real bonus. A ten minute walk into the town centre which was sensible as Salcombe has to be one of the most car unfriendly destinations in the UK.

Stunning accommodation, beautiful views
Such a special place with well designed comfortable accommodation and amazing views. Diana was helpful and responsive, location was great, 10-15 minute walk into town, with a very uphill walk back. Salcombe is just lovely, great shops, beaches, places to eat and beautiful walking. Can’t wait to return.

Great place to stay!
Really lovely apartment, spotlessly clean, super crisp white bed linen and squishy towels. Really well equipped and fantastic views of ‘the other side’. The pool is beautiful and really warm, we had the best weekend, first time away with our children and first grandchild - couldn’t have been in a better place. Diana was super helpful all weekend too. We’ll be back!

Fabulous Apartment
We stayed at this fabulous apartment for a few days whilst in Salcombe for a wedding. The apartment was immaculate, large rooms , fantastic views and only a 10 minute walk into town. Booking , checking in etc extremely easy ! Unfortunately not enough time to enjoy the pool though. Would highly recommend !

Perfect apart from having to cut short due to Covid restrictions
Perfect for our family. Bit of a hike to town but beautiful property. Perfect pool which only we used. Bins were not emptied which was very odd. Would recommend to friends we loved it!!!

Lovely time in Salcombe
My family and I stayed here to celebrate my Mother's 80th birthday. The apartment was fabulous and everything was thought of. The view is fantastic and we shall be back to visit again hopefully in the future. Thank you Diana!

Beautiful apartment, amazing location.
Couldn’t fault the apartment, beautiful balcony views to have breakfast in the morning. We only used one bedroom but the apartment has 3 lovely rooms and we intend to go back with friends.

Beautiful apartment in lovely Salcombe
We really enjoyed our stay at the beautiful Wellingtons. The apartment is a lovely as the pictures show with plenty of room for all the family. The kitchen is well equipped with all the mod cons needed to cook a decent meal at home. It’s an easy walk into town and back with lovely views over the harbour en-route.
