I didn't like it at all. It was the most expensive hotel I paid in Nicaragua, and it has the poorest service. The price did not go according to the facilities and customer service.

Owner was rude, they did not even help us find a restaurant. Instead, they only show us a super market. We had to explore Masaya by ouserselves without their help. They hesitated to share wife password. Pool was not clean, pillows were uncomfortable, TV did not work. Facilities smell fresh paint. Owner made too many personal questions. They didn't want to show us the room before paying. It was the most expensive hotel I've paid in Nicaragua and with the worst service. I don't recommend it at all. I indeed regret staying there. Next time, I prefer to book in Granada or any other hotel.

It was very strong smell of paint, could not sleep at all, beside every time I went out I needed it to ask for the key , cause it looks like a house did not have its own entrance …

Every time I come Masaya I stay here. Staff very friendly and kind. I will be back. Thank you.

The staff was pretty friendly, they were quite accommodating. The hotel comes with a pool which is perfect to cool down in, because it gets hot out there. It was great to have air conditioning in the room.

The whole place felt a bit deserted, I'm pretty sure I was the only guest there. The room was okay, but it could've been cleaner. The light next to the bed didn't work, the soap dispenser in the shower was empty, the WiFi signal was really bad, to the point where I couldn't even load basic websites. The checkout time was at 10 am, which I thought to be a bit early. It's also located outside of Masaya's city center where you can't really walk out on the street safely in the evening. These aren't really big issues, but combined, it makes for a not so pleasant experience, and it's just not worth the money.

Good location, walking distance to transport links and to sightseeing points in the city

The hotel in general was very dirty, the pool was absolutely disgusting, it’s all covered by mould, is a serious health hazard. The breakfast was not available as the person responsible had a day off… no alternatives offered or apology. Basically the staff needs some training on customer service. This can be a very good place is it’s managed properly, as it is at the moment is just disappointing.

They don’t offer breakfast even though it’s advertised. I asked about breakfast I was told “sorry we don’t offer breakfast” when I mentioned that it was advertised I was told “oh breakfast is over today” it’s was 8am lol… Then I was told sorry we don’t hAve breakfast today…

Comfortable small double bed. Lovely large en-suite and shower cubicle. Really nice towels.

Room was too cramped with a small double bed and a large single. During a heavy rain downpour, water was coming through the ceiling and falling into the shower. It was frightening knowing there were probably electrics in the ceiling. When I told the staff they were fully aware of the problem, but still put me in that room. The were workmen on site making a lot of noise and mess, but no compensation for that. Write up says “complimentary” breakfast, in fact it isn’t very good and quite expensive.
