Location, quietness, surroundings, patio with view, parking, sun umbrella & beach seats provided, waste separation ✅

Uncomfortable bed/matress (matress was sunk, overused), no blankets provided at all, mosquitoes in bedroom (no nets), inappropriate bed linen - too small and it was only a thin sheet over matress (we paid extra 15€ for one inadequate linen sheet!), no other bed linen (no blanket, no sheet for blanket, no cover, nothing!). The furniture is run down.

I’ll be back! Great location, very clean, spacious suite with everything in tip-top condition. All was excellent: Great living area, the kitchen had everything we needed. Staff Gianni & Viola were extremely nice.

The location on the hill and the closeness to the beach was great. The staff, super organized and helpful and friendly. The check in and check out was flawless.

The staff was super kind, helpful and flexible. We loved that they left us a umbrella for the spiaggia, very nice detail ;) Te location is between two great beach areas, we would love to come back.

The women in the property next door (big house, italian family with big truck) was ALL the time shouting, very unfriendly and stressful woman (or men, who know these days)!

Perfect location and a view!

The kitchen has everything you need to cook breakfast for yourself. The place is very quiet. Free parking.

At the end of September a few nights were cold, so we wanted to cover himself with a rug or a blanket at night- it wasn't.

2 nice beaches within 10 minutes of lazy walking. Supermarket is also reachable by feet, but it’s better to drive. Breath taking views from the terrace - it was a big pleasure to have breakfast and dinner at home.

1. Bed linen and towels for extra cost - really? 2. Coffee machine with strange capsules that you have to buy at the office. Guys, really, it’s better to pay for nespresso coffee machine than use this strange one. 3. No air condition. It wasn’t hot at the apartment, but you have to keep windows open 24/7 as there’s no other ventilation. And here are all the problems: fest at Budoni till 5 a.m.? You can here every word from the scene and can’t close the window - no air in 10 minutes. Neighbours get up at 7? You can’t sleep too as they’re shouting and...you can’t close the windows! And mosquitoes, all night long. These apartments might have 10 out of 10 with air con, but without it’s more likely a budget camping which is in fact not budget.
