Great Location, the pool and pool staff

The condo 1326 was very dirty from carpet to mold in shower toe nail under the glass on coffee table Q-tip in the recliner door knob was lose about to fall my husband had to fix it cause no one showed up to repair only on chair on the balcony carpet was so dirty you couldn't take your shoes off not all amenities list there like a hair dryer and vacuum this condo needs to be inspected this is my third review vacasa said they were going to contact me but didn't we do have pictures on another camera

I loved that it was so close to the beach. It was pretty. I loved the cute little welcome messages for my family.

I called the numbers that were provided in the welcome packet several times throughout my stay with questions and concerns. Only answer I received was someone who would say I’m not local I can’t help you I’m sorry. I just gave up.

Needs updating. Carpet nasty. Tile in bathrooms broken and ragged.

I was sold a room that was supposed to be oceanfront and was not.

Cleanliness . I specifically ask for no carpet.. and ocean front. The room not only had damages but was not clean at all I was charged 500 $ for one night in a room I had rented for two nights. I checked out after the first night because of nastiness during a time of covid

Restroom were not on good condition or clean

The room was not clean. Sofa-bed was awful. Customer service was not very helpful. Very disappointed, sent message to vacasa but never got reply. Sent Pic too.

Nice location lots to do on property.

Not enough elevators!! If you’re going to have everyone check in at the same time you need more elevators the lines to get up to rooms were long and a big reason I hate going to Panama City Beach. The master shower curtain is moldy and should be replaced.

Unit was clean and well furnished. Plenty of activities and recreation space. Great view and beach access.

Room not clean, mold on bathroom walls an on curtains in main living room. Carpet also very stained. Over all the room had moldy smell. Toilet in main bathroom did not flush and even though a Plummer was scheduled to come and fix they never came during stay.

I loved the ocean view and everything was within the gates of regency towers . The people are nice, the bar, pool and beach area was all within the same range of one another and we did not have to leave to find the beach. I LOVE IT HERE!!!!

some could use an update inside but all in all the place is still beautiful and gives that salty ocean vibe. It was AMAZING

We will stay again at the Regency Tower but never in 725 again.

Our condo(725) shows it’s age. It needs a good deep clean. Both shower curtains were covered in mildew. The couch needs a cleaning or replaced. Much of the place has a dust layer on it(pictures, tops of mirrors, etc.. Our AC broke the last night we were in the room and couldn’t be fixed b/c it was after hours. The unit and filter looked liked it had not had any changing or services all season. The dryer had to be run multiple times to dryer both filters were checked and clean multiple times. The dish washer does not work and it ran all night. Dishes were not clean. The oven was in the lock door setting but would open. It would not turn on because of the setting. So it would continue beep.

I would go back but the elevator was very slow we took the steps. Always. Water was shut off for an hour or so one day. The stove was horrible. Rest of the kitchen was good. Location was awesome.

Security, cleanliness and lack of parking

Has easy access to the beach and has an water view balcony.

Needs fans installed. Not enough circulation. Balcony door needs some maintenance extremely hard to open.

We loved the condo. Very spacious. It met our needs perfectly.

Other than the floors being filthy, Everything else was great.

The location was perfect. Steps to the pool and the beach. Ocean view.

We found a cockroach in our closet. Housekeeping was very quick to get to our room. However, front desk wasn’t very helpful due to us booking through a 3rd party.
