Хорошо расположен. До каты 10 мин пешком, до карона 15-20. Номер очень большой . Есть Нетфликс и ютуб. Хороший вайфай. В пешей доступности все есть. Кофейни, супермаркет, кафешки, рынок. Особенно хочется отметить как хорошо убирались в номере. Просто эталон. Не просто пол помыть, а еще все вещи аккуратно в стопочки сложат, посуду помоют. Воду каждый день приносили, чай, кофе, полотенца. Хороший набор воблы в ванной.

Честно говоря дороговато для такого отеля. Нет балкона и нет никаких приспособлений для сушки одежды. Даже плавки некуда повесить. С нас взяли доп плату 300бат/сутки за ребенка, хотя нам не нужна была доп кровать и принадлежности. Кондиционер был расположен так что четко дул в кровать. Ночью легко можно простыть. А без него спать не возможно. Кровать пришлось двигать к окну. В санузле очень интересно, есть душевая и есть место и вывод для ванной - кран в стене. А саму ванну не установили.

Мы жили в той части отеля, где находится лобби. Мы посмотрели вторую часть отеля, она еще хуже. Есть одно окно, у нас выходило в лифтовой холл, у другой пары над лобби, поэтому открывать шторы не представляется возможным. Номера уставшие, грязные стены в каких-то подтеках, пол настолько грязный, что носки пачкались сразу. В ванной маленький неудобный душ. Когда-то на стене видимо была полочка, от нее остались дырки и шурупы. Напольная плитка в ванной треснутая, осколки прямо там и лежат. Двуспальная кровать по факту две сдвинутые полутораспальные

Sehr zentrale Lage und ein freundliches Personal, meine Bewertung bezieht sich ausschließlich auf das Zi im Haupthaus und nicht auf die Bruchbude der ersten Nacht

Man hat mir ein Zimmer in einem etwa 200m entfernten Gebäude zugewiesen. In diesem Zi stank es widerlich, die Vorhangschiene hing runter, kein Safe, keine Minibar, kein Wifi, kein Telefon, kein Lift. Das Zi hatte nichts mit meiner Buchung gemeinsam. Nach Beschwerde wurde mir am nächsten Tag ein Zi im Haupthaus gegeben. Das war dann gemäß Buchung. Kein Wort der Entschuldigung oder Preisnachlass Ich würde das Hotel nicht mehr buchen, es gibt bessere Hotels in der Nähe

The room I booked wasn't available due to a leak , they downgraded me but still charged me the same rate , which is very expensive for this property. The air con and water were faulty to begin with but we're fixed , the cleaning was done but a cockroach was left in the shower

It was a close walk to the beach , although the path was not very pleasant, along some smelly canal.

It was still going through renovation. No pool available. It’s on a busy corner by Kata night market, which could get loud at night till 11 pm. On the other side street traffic could get loud and constant too.

The location was good - close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The staff - particularly Pin - were helpful and kind. They helped arrange tours, dinner reservations and taxis.

The hotel is across the street from the night market (which is a plus) but if your room faces the street, it is noisy until 10 - 11 p.m.

Did not have water since 10pm. When I told this to the person in the reception he gave me 2 tissue rolls and ask to wait till next day morning till the technical issue is sorted. The support was absurd.

Clean, friendly and helpful staff.

Sadly very noisy after 8am in the morning. There were some construction/renovation work being done in hotel/ property next to. Constant drilling noise. Other than that hotel was ok.

Hotel was closed for renovation so reservation was moved to their sister hotel Beach Heights Resort. Hotel was clean, comfortable and in a great location. Lovely pool and spacious room with good air conditioning.

- room was cleaned up every day without me having to request for that - towels were changed daily - staff was nice - location was good - they helped me find a shuttle for my early flight - bed was very, very big and comfortable

- the initial reservation was made for Blue Pearl Kata Hotel, but I actually stayed in Beach Heights Resort - furniture was really worn out and there were stains everywhere and on everything - towels were stained, altough clean… they had holes … - I had to check out one day before as my flight changed, but they refused to refund

They changed our hotel last minute with another one of their group (The Beach Height Resort).. It would have been a problem but the new hotel was maybe better than the hotel we booked, so our review is positive.

The safety box in our room was out of service from the beginning, we ask the receptionist to replace it with a new one but they didn’t.

Second summer i stay in this hotel. Very good rooms and bed. Discount in low season is very good. Close to beach. My goto hotel in Kata.
