Great location and friendly staff with a good size room that was comfortable with great view. Free coffee available all day was a nice touch

It was extremely clean and secure as a key card is required to use the elevator, enter the facility, etc. plus, it was a really clean hotel.

The place seems brand new. Carpet, paint, gym, pool at seem exceptionally kept

If everyone checks in at the same time then the downtown parking becomes a problem. Hampton has a great parking garage but you can't get access to in until you have checked in. It might be better to check in online bc maybe then you would have access to the garage.

Das amerikanische Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Parkgarage war sehr einfach ohne Valvet zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Hotel liegt am Rande der Downtown.

Front desk listened to a concern that I had with the room and went over and beyond to make sure that our stay was great! Very friendly staff!

They are wanting to charge me again for the room when my card already went through & it's just waiting for approval but it's on their end that it isn't showing up because my bank already told me it had been approved but they are working on it.
