Tagelang nur bestenfalls lauwarmes Wasser in der Dusche, Rolltreppe tagelang kaputt, eiskalter Burger vom Roomservice (der auch noch ewig brauchte), Bankett-Service Personal, das keine 3 Teller tragen kann und beim Wein einschenken über die Gäste kleckert, Bar-Personal dass die Freundlichkeit nicht erfunden hat......
Ich möchte nicht kleinlich sein, aber bei einem 4-Sterne Hotel wo ich 200$ pro Nacht ohne Frühstück bezahle, erwarte ich, dass sowas passt. Dann sieht man auch über Kleinigkeiten besser hinweg.
Und jeden Tag frische Handtücher (obwohl aufgehängt!) ist auch nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

Location - located in downtown Forth Worth
Clean - the room itself is very clean
No free parking and the valet costs $45 (third party) and the hotel doesn’t give any discount if you use valet.
WiFi is only free if you booked directly through them. You have to pay $15 to get access to the WiFi if you booked through a third party like booking.com.
The ceiling on our floor looks like something’s leaking and about to give in.

Loved the room set up. The view was nice also. ALL of the staff was friendly. The young lady that checked is in was very friendly. All of the valets were very speedy and friendly.
Maybe have a mid priced food option for a casual meal. Our room was cleaned but not disposable cups or ice bin bags were given. Would love a bit larger trash can.

The location is great. Walking distance to many restaurants and Sundance square. The housekeeping was friendly, and always said Hello.
Room was clean. Buffet was delicious, but $24 for an adult is pricey. $10 for child is very do able.
Not the most family friendly. We stayed during a busier weekend. No conjoining rooms where available . My husband and I had to split up and stay with our kids in different rooms and they were 8 rooms apart.

Room had half water bottle and pills op6on side table. Bathroom had been used- opened soap packet and used towels. All very shocking considering high price. Was resolved after call to housekeeping but was still creepy.

heads didn’t work. Not what I am expected for $300+ on a Friday night 4 star hotel. More of a 2 star bathroom. The bar was cool but bartenders did not want to be there. Massive hotel with typical marriot corporate vibe where they want to charge top dollar for nothing because once they buy everything where else can you go. Cheap corporate vive but the hotel is cool looking

Everything was absolutely wonderful!!! The room was great. The view from our room was awesome. The food and drinks were delish. The staff were superb. We will stay again.
However, next time we will bring our own towels. Hotel towels were literally rough as sand paper.

Breakfast was very good and the staff made it exceptional. Food quality and taste was better than most buffets we've experineced. We visit hotels about 30 to 40 times a year. Staff service was friendly and efficient.
I already filled out a Valet questionaire but the valet staff fell short on arrival greeting and exiting. Valet was very backed up when we arrived and unapologetic when we finally got there. no smiles, no friendly hellos or sorry for the back up. Exciting was the same no friendly valets came across three standing together and retrieved my keys, tipped in cash and again no thanks for staying with us, nothing. Since we visit many properties and use valet, I found this odd. Female manager was there both times too. no smile, nothing, odd.
