Spacious, clean, helpful staff

Living room furniture very uncomfortable. Fortunately we did not use the sleeper sofa. It must be quite uncomfortable for sleeping.

Very spacious, great location and view. All the amenities you could need.

Unable to access my floor initially. Access code let me in to the lift but then couldn't select the right floor as you need a key card to work the lift, which I didn't have until I got into the apartment. A little backwards and confusing! If it weren't for a resident who granted me access to the right floor then I don't know how I would have got there. No instructions for this in the check in details. I think kass just presume the lift will take you up

the sofa and rug had dog hair all over them. I wore black when I got up it looked like I just played with a white dog. also the coffee table was broken and unstable. no key fob to get our car out. also had to wait until the next day before anyone showed up to remedy that. it’s was a bit pricey for the lack of decor. the beds were very comfy, and clean. not worth 500+ a night.

Convenient location near lake and modern facility

The appartement is minimalistic decorated with lots of respect for the concrete architecture but still in such a way that it feels cosy and homely. When I arrived the apartment was very clean. I had some questions before arriving and the helpdesk was very willing and knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. The gym on the 2nd floor on the opposite corner of the building is wel equipped and even has an outdoors area where you can work out. Everything is in a walking distance (when you're from Europe) like Austin South Side and Lady Bird Lake.

This is only for people who are not from a city themselves. If you are not from a city you might find the apartment a little noisy. It's very close to nice bars that have rooftops with live music etc. Most music stops around midnight however.

Located right in the city centre of Austin, surrounded by plenty of cafes and restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable, the bed was good quality and the bathroom had all the amenities needed.

there’s no staff on site and in my prior experience with Kasa, there was a concierge to assist remotely. without that, it was a little unclear what the guardrails for use of property were, and there weren’t many amenities. it was really more of an AirBnB feeling than a special suite kind of experience, which was disappointing.

Nice balcony in an excellent location. Pool was large and wonderful!

The apartment itself was rather cold; all concrete everywhere! The staff at Kasa send out WAY too many emails regarding the stay. It all becomes rather confusing at times.

the apartments had balconies and were well appointed. the location was great albeit a bit loud outside - to be expected on a home game weekend. i found the process difficult and confusing and the elevators were glitchy with the card passes. but there were always people around so helpful.

i would have preferred having the apartments next door to each other which is what i had hoped and assumed since i booked 2. the process with the passes was a little cumbersome with different passes for different reasons instead of a fob for the whole thing
