Chambre très bien décorée assez spacieuse, avec petit salon à part et terrasse extérieure.
Petit déjeuner très correct avec belle vue sur la plage.

The water was a little dirty in the marina section

Worst experience ever, to start there is no body in the front desk to ask anything, there’s not sign to explain where they leave me the room key. The internet doesn’t work, the AC doesn’t work, the bathroom was dirty with hair in the shower, the water pool was yellow and there’s not parking at all. It was a big hole in the wall and super dirty, it smell like they never cleaning before. I don’t recommend this hotel at all

The location
The hot tub was broken the pool was a 110 degrees you advertised an ocean view room with the marina. I looked at a stairwell and had no room to put my boat anywhere. It was a cool little place to stay. The staff seemed real disinterested, although very nice. It was nice having the free amenities we rented jet skis. They weren’t the nicest people snappers was very good but overall I would not give this a great rating we wanted to put our boat in the water at a marina and stay at the hotel and that’s what we thought and we got there. It was the complete opposite.

I liked that there were many activities around to do. like kayaking, fishing, ping pong table, swimming pool.
Everything was clean and the breakfast was good too (that day they had yogurt, fruit, cereals, juices, boiled eggs, toast and pancakes. What was necessary for every taste.
In addition, the restaurant next door offers very good food and they had live music during the afternoon that was also heard in the hotel. that was super nice.

the pool and hot tub were clean and nice! We loved the staff and the complementary kayaks on the property. The property was beautiful with beautiful sunsets and a pretty view. I enjoyed the hammocks and the swing, and the restaurant right next door with live music! and jet ski rentals right on the property
funky musty smells, room was not like our pictures, we didn’t have a microwave like our reservation said, and there were 3 doors we were not able to use due to them being locked or handles broken. Pictures online of the doors were closets that looked like we would have been able to utilize if they were unlocked . And the ac did no keep the room cool, and there were bugs, i'm assuming sugar ants all over the dishes and food during complimentary breakfast in the lobby. We had some outlets that didn’t work.

We had a beautiful suite-like room with a screened balcony overlooking mangroves and the ocean. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the free use of the kayaks and the bicycles was a plus. When we complained about a loud noise outside the room, the manager immediately had maintenance come and repair the pool pump. We appreciated that.
The hotel has seen better days and needs updating. The breakfast buffet would benefit from hot food.

One Ac didn’t work, bird poop all around pool, pool and jacuzzi smelt like bleach so bad and turned my new bright pink bathing light pale pink.

I liked the Staff, they were kind, polite, and attentive.
ceiling inside room, paint was bubbling and flaking off - clear signs of water damage. moldy mildew smell in room and coming from central air conditioning unit. carpet remained damp feeling the whole stay.

Located by restaurant with live music. Bed was comfortable. The screened in porch was nice.
Maintenance was mediocre. Breakfast buffet was fair, no protein other than hard boiled eggs. I’ll out sofa was very uncomfortable, springs could be felt, mattress needed to be retired a long time ago, and when sheets were removed to just sleep on the couch, there bloodstains in the mattress. It needs a good refresher. Walls very thin.

Restaurant next door was good, but loud music everyday
Dont believe the positive reviews. The pictures are 20 years old. The property was old and tired. The carpeting was dirty. We would get dirty feet walking around the room. The central A/C was broke, so they had a portable unit venting out the wall. Peeling paint and worn out furniture. When i complained, the manager was rude and claimed they are in a rebuilding stage. Would not refund my money. Dont waste your vacation and dont book with this site

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was clean and spacious and the bed was excellent. When we arrived the the receptionist was very friendly gave us all the information we wanted. We very much enjoyed our stay, the location is beautiful en relaxing.
Nothing, we regretted not be able to book an extra night!
