We got a room upgrade and was surprised by the spacious room and wonderful view of the town through our windows. The room and bathroom were really clean. Breakfast and dinner were really delicious. We highly recommend traveller to opt in for the dinner option.

There was no clear signage near the hotel on where is the car park. We only found out where is the car park after we have checked in and asked the receptionist. The car park is behind the hotel through a narrow drive path beside the hotel.

The best hotel in our entire honeymoon trip in italy. The hotel was strategically located in ortisei town, and they provided us with mobile gardena card for free. We used the swimming pool, sauna, and infrared cabin, it was great and  clean. We somehow did not manage to try the steambath as am not sure how to work it. The receptionists are very helpful and able to speak fluent english. The buffet breakfast was really good and we like it, italian and some cereals to cater international tourists. Their waitresses were super friendly as well.

Breakfast was good and location was right in the center of everything. Very convenient but noisy at night with late nite music in the town centre and a need to keep windows open because of no air conditioning.

the service was impeccable — very friendly and helpful staff. The room was excellent. The breakfast was fantastic. And we loved the live music in the bar/reception are on Thursdays.

The staff, the cleanliness, the comfort of the rooms and the breakfast were all excellent. The hotel is also conveniently located.

The hotel is located on a main square. If you are in the front, and if it’s summer (as now), you may have a difficult time sleeping. There is a bar-restaurant-hotel located across the street with outdoor seating that generates substantial noise until about 1:15 a.m. (ear plugs, closing windows insufficient). This happened during 2 of 3 nights of my stay. When I shared this with locals, they expressed shock because there are rules about this that are obviously not being enforced. If not for the noise, I’d give the hotel a 10 for the reasons stated above.

Really enjoyed our stay for 2 nights at the hotel! The included breakfast and dinner were awesome. Stuffs are very friendly and room is clean and high quality. Will definitely stay again here in the future!

We loved the location, the breakfast buffet was amazing. The hotel staff are so friendly and offer advice on where to go and what to do in the area. I highly recommend this hotel if you visit Ortisei.

Super friendly staff, good service. A super room, large with a nice balcony. The sauna area are absolutely beautiful, worth a visit!! really good and tasty breakfast.
