Breakfast was in general good. Would have preferred more selection of breads.

If you have limited mobility then the stairs are challenging if you are located on the 1st or 2nd floor. The property is right on the street and therefore can be very noisy at times. If you stay in a room with a slanting ceiling, there is a tendency to hit your head on the ceiling. The TV reception sometimes fades out.

The gardens were wonderful, and the animals. the owners superb with my son who spent ages exploring the property. My son met all the animals and was allowed to feed them. loved the trampoline and rope swing too!

I was traveling and booked the room, when I arrived, the reception was inside a store, someone else had to give me access, They notified me by an email access codes. It very difficult for any travelers to receive an email with codes, Nobody was there when I checked out, so now I am having difficulty paying the invoice. The email they gave me does work. This is a very unfriendly and not a way to welcome guests to your hotel. The breakfast was minimal with staff again not accommodating. Not a friendly environment.

They had a code for entrance but there was someone there to help me. He was very helpful.

The fact that I paid more - since booking com included in the price the 39 EUR cleaning fee per stay and the 2 EUR city tax per person - which I had to pay extra because the owner said they were not included! This was a very unpleasant surprise! I have travelled very often using booking.com and I trusted you! Furthermore, I have been trying to get in touch with sb from booking.com for 10 days and it's absolutely impossible!
