Bayswater es perfecto como casa de alquiler para vacaciones familiares, perfecto para familias numerosas o dos familias que van de vacaciones juntas. Nuestro máximo cómodo es de 10 personas. La tarifa de la casa publicada es para 10 personas.
La ubicación frente al mar de Paihia hace de esta casa de vacaciones una de las mejores de la bahía. Está a solo 5 minutos a pie del municipio y muelle de Paihia, que es el centro turístico de la Bahía de las Islas.
La playa está al otro lado de la carretera.
La casa tiene dos niveles con el nivel superior que comprende cocina abierta, comedor, baño y salón, todo lo que conduce a una gran terraza con agradables vistas a la costa. Este nivel también tiene la barra perfecta donde se pueden discutir cuentos altos y verdaderos después de un día completo en la bahía.
En la planta baja hay cuatro habitaciones dobles, baño principal más una sala de estar en la planta baja con dos camas individuales y otro baño. Capacidad para 4 parejas en las habitaciones más las 2 individuales.
Perfecto para una familia numerosa incluso para dos familias.
Hay estacionamiento en la calle para tres autos.
La gran ventaja de esta casa de vacaciones es que, una vez instalado, no tiene que conducir a ningún lado: ¡todo en Paihia está a pocos minutos a pie!
En frente de la casa se encuentra el restaurante de mariscos más conocido de Paihia, Only Seafood, excelente ubicación si tiene ganas de salir a cenar y no quiere conducir a ningún lado.

We were in Paihia for the Jazz and Blues festival and had 7 people staying in the house. Plenty of room for all of us. Great social spaces for hanging out.
Great location as we could walk into town.
We were all very happy with our stay.
Would love to have had the opportunity to cook and dine around the lovely dining table but we were out and about enjoying the festival. Next time.

Fabulous spot for our group - 8 women all converging on Paihia to help celebrate my 70th birthday. Great deck for socialising; lovely big kitchen & lounges. Beds very comfy, & our group appreciated the 3 bathrooms.

Hosts were great and welcoming. Space was great for our large group - extra bathroom upstairs a real bonus. Felt clean and comfortable and had all the facilities we needed - special bonus is that Chester and Lou own the amazing JFC restaurant next door. Best seafood in the area I reckon and reasonably priced. Thank you so much

We LOVED our stay at Bayswater! Hosts were soo friendly and accomodating, just so sweet! The house was perfect for us! Had everything we could need and was so big! We loved our stay here we hope to stay again sometime! Thank you so much for having us!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property in Paihia. We had 10 of our family stay they with ages ranging from 7 to 84 years old. Plenty of space for everyone. Nice comfortable living kitchen and sleeping area... Communication leading up to and during our stay was great. Messages were answered promptly as was any action required. Hand on heart only a couple very minor things missing in the kitchen like oven mits, tin foil and knives presharpenned. Again minor... only thing annoying was the element / hob was quite weak. 9.5 out of 10

Bayswater in Paihia
Just the best spot in Paihia, right in the heart but feels private. Perfectly suited our needs as we were working but would definitely come back for a more relaxing break. The kitchen, dining and deck area is great for large groups and hosts very accomodating.

Had a wonderful time. The place was great lots of space and had everything we needed. Great location by the beach and close to shops. Owners were helpful and also make great fish and chips at the restaurant in front of the house.

Fantastic location
The location could not have been better. We were two families of four. The location could not have been better. There was a pontoon just across the road which our children made full use of. It was a short walk to town and the ferry and in the other direction it was an equally short walk to hire kayaks. We enjoyed the large living area and balcony. We would love to stay here again if we come back to Paihia.

Easter at Bayswater
Our family of 4 adults and 2 children thoroughly enjoyed their time at Bayswater. The property is beautifully presented - with lots of space and all you could wish for in the way of appliances etc. It is in a prime location and consequently access to Paihia Village and all that it has to offer is only a few foot steps away.
Chester & Louise were wonderful to deal with - courteous and communicating with them prior to our visit was always immediately responded to.

We rented this place with 8 friends over the long weekend. The place is very spacious with nice clean rooms for everyone.
The star of the show is the deck, its large with plenty of seating.. we took full advantage of the BBQ both days.
The owner was very friendly as well, I would highly recommend this place.

Bayswater is ideally situated in central Paihia.
Bayswater is ideally situated in central Paihia. As we were 8 adults travelling in 2 cars it was very convenient. Parking for both cars and also walking distance to the shops, restaurants and ferries made it easy for everyone to go their own way each day. Had a lovely swim at the beach opposite the house.
The kitchen was well laid out and extremely well equipped. Outdoor seating for everyone and nice comfy lounge seating inside. We loved the bar. 4 bathrooms in all meant everyone was happy.

Beautiful house! Amazing location...every morning I would open the sliding door & you could smell the sand/sea water, beautiful view from the balcony. 5 mins walk to the township, 5 mins drive to Waitangi, 5 mins to Haururu falls...I fully enjoyed my stay & I have recommend this place to my family/friends.
