What a property! My wife and I loved our stay. We stayed in the cottage, it was very private and exactly what we were looking for. The beach is amazing as well, it's a very short walk from the cottage. Im writing this review a few days after our return and it makes me what to go back haha. My wife and I were looking to enjoy a nice relaxing beach vacation with an amazing view. We were not disappointed! The cottage was a short 1 minute walk through a serene tropical pathway that leads you to the most beautiful beach front scenery that I’ve ever experienced. The cottage was tucked away and secluded with our own private pool which was perfect. Our host Ratima was amazing, very friendly and accommodating, which only added to the overall experience. We will definitely be coming back!

We loved our “little secret garden cottage”, just steps from a wonderful beach. Everyone was so friendly and I would highly recommend this place. Much better, in our view, than being on the crowded Grace Bay side.

This very private cottage was so lovely for my partner and myself. Very clean, comfortable bed and couch, and nicely updated kitchen and bathroom. Had everything we could need. When we had a couple issues come up, the owners were there to help right away. The beach was amazing and we couldn't wait to get out there every morning. This place was stunning and we wish we were still there!

Fabulous Beach Vacation
We loved staying at the Villa Esencia! It was the perfect spot for our first time visiting Turks and Caicos. We stayed in the private cottage which is very secluded, homey and comfortable and has its own pool. The beach was just a short walk away and we appreciated having access to paddle boards and snorkeling gear. The hosts were very welcoming and hospitable and we enjoyed meeting them. They have built a beautiful place for people to enjoy and relax. We will definitely be staying there again.

Heaven on Earth
We love this place so much, it is the second time we have stayed here. This property is amazing! If you are looking for rest, relaxation and beauty this is the place! Amazing place…
We spent a week in the cottage and had one of the best vacations of our lives. The location, set-up and customer service was phenomenal. It was so wonderful we barely left except to get some groceries, go to Northwest Point and make a daily walk on the beach (which takes maybe a minute to walk to from the cottage. The cottage had a more than adequate a/c, bbq and everything else. If you and your partner want a secluded romantic escape without going off the grid, go here. Thanks Esencia! We will be back….

Great location for a couple’s retreat.
Very private and quiet, very easy to walk to one of the best beaches. Also just a few minutes away from great restaurants. The terrace is perfect to enjoy with the pool and beautiful garden.

Perfect beach getaway
We had an absolutely wonderful experience. Our hosts were so helpful and had great suggestions for local activities. The cottage is private surrounded by beautiful greenery with it’s own pool and only a short walk to one of the best beaches. There are paddle boards and kayaks available along with lounge chairs on the beach. I highly recommend and will definitely come back again.

We were pleased with the privacy and close proximity to the beach of this property. While it is part of a cluster of units on the Villa Esencia property, the cottage and its own private pool were secluded. A great beach for kiteboarders!

Peaceful
Very nice stay, Ritama was a great host. The cottage was a perfect winter getaway. I would recommend renting a vehicle so you can drive to the commercial side of town for dinner. The IGA Gourmet Grocery store was great and very close to provide home cooked meals as well. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful!
Our stay at Villa Esencia was nothing short of amazing. The cottage is tucked away in a private area, but still only steps from the gorgeous beach. Ritama and her husband thought of everything you might need for your stay here. We swam in the pool and ocean every day and could have stayed at the villa the entire time. When we did go out (recommend a rental car) it was just a few minutes to the popular restaurants or grocery store. We never had an issue with driving or parking. There's a ton to do in the area-check out Pirate's Cove and the reefs you can access right off Grace Bay beach. We loved our stay and hope to make it back soon!

Amazing Villa in a Beautiful Location
We had a great stay at Villa Esencia! The best stocked property rental we have visited. The only thing we had to buy were groceries. Lots of water sports options on the beach. The property is in a great location on beautiful Long Bay Beach. Only a 5-10 minute drive to Grace Bay area. The property layout is setup to provide privacy while sharing the beach with a couple other villas. Thank you for everything Ritama and family!

Amazing Anniversary Getaway
My wife and I stayed for 6 nights in the villa. Everything was better than expected. Pictures don't do the property justice. Being August we were either in the water or on the water all week and having the private pool was amazing. It's a VERY short drive to all of the nicer restaurants like Coco Bistro, Coco Van, Grace's Cottage, etc... We would definitely stay here again on a return trip to TCI.

Thank you so much to Ritama and our wonderful hosts. We enjoyed a week of privacy, peace, serenity and tranquility. The property and our cottage were beyond expectations. The listing photos are just the tip of the iceberg. Long Bay and it’s beach is quiet and incredible morning sunrises are just the start. The cottage, with private pool, comes with everything you need to enjoy a break. The secluded beach is just a one minute walk from your door. Grace Bay and many other attractions are just ten minutes away by car. I highly recommend this for a quiet getaway while not sacrificing all that beautiful Turks and Caicos has to offer. We will be back.

Great Property
The rental was everything described in the pictures. We stayed in the cottage and the penthouse and both were wonderful. The private pool and natural surroundings made The cottage feel like a private oasis. The penthouse was gorgeous with spectacular views. Both amazing for different reasons.
The beach was spectacular and the gym facilities were great.
The kitchens were well stocked and had everything you could need. Removing the requirement to have to buy kitchen supplies. There was even food wrap, tinfoil & plastic containers in both kitchens. You guys thought of everything!
I was very impressed with the quality of towels and linens.
Very impressed with the small details like good quality soaps, providing laundry detergent and beach towels and even supplying access to a Netflix account.

One Word-Paradise
What can I say, we fell in love with this beautiful place, the pictures don't do it justice. We cannot wait to return later this year! Our hosts Ritama and Kabir are amazing people and the property is so beautiful! The cottage itself is very secluded and perfect for a romantic getaway. Very up to date, clean and so cozy and comfortable. We could have stayed forever.
Lots to do on property if you feel like being active and also very relaxing if you don't want to do anything. Very close to Grace Bay (need a car) and easy to get around.

Villa Esencia is perfect in every way. The property is gorgeously kept while maintaining the essence of the natural habitat surrounding it. Ritama the host/owner couldn't have made us feel more welcome or at home. The location feels private and intimate yet is close enough to restaurants/grocery stores, which are a short drive away. Fabulous
All of the reviewers who had positive comments are correct: this vacation home is first rate, accommodations are truly comfortable, and the proprietors are terrific. Upon arrival, there was a problem with one of the sliding doors to the bedroom; I mentioned it once, & it was immediately repaired. The cottage is truly private, and the beach is a beautiful 5-minute (if that) walk through a lovely garden. This is one of the most beautiful beaches we’ve seen - I think it rivals Shoal Bay on Anguilla. Turks & Caicos, in general, is quite an upscale island: walking into the supermarket (a 10-minute drive away) is like walking into a Whole Foods. Be prepared- all of the groceries are basically twice what they are in the US...so bring a few basics with you. I can’t say enough good things about the owners, Ritama and Kabir. They’re not only superb property managers, they are also world-class kite surfers. BTW, on windy days during peak season, I’m told the kites can take over the beach a bit...but on most days, we hardly saw anyone on this amazing beach, or anyone in the water! Highly recommended.

This place is better then advertised! My husband and I just returned from 5 nights at the Esencia Cottage. We had the most amazing time. The cottage is amazing and the beach might be even better. If you want a romantic getaway this is the place to go! We’re counting down the days until we can go back.

We had an amazing stay at the Esencia Cottage! We had everything we needed all within the Esencia property. With only a few trips to the IGA grocery store we had everything we needed and only a few other reasons kept us away from our private beach sanctuary! We had such a pleasurable time that we are planning to make this a yearly vacation stay. The blue waters are still calling us back and it’s only been a week since we left! Beautiful villas and stunning water!
We had a wonderful time here! The hosts were very nice and gracious! We stayed in the penthouse and it was luxurious! The grounds are private with easy beach access. We would definitely stay there again.

Don't mess with perfection...
This cottage is AS advertised. Very private, very quiet and perfect for a couple looking for a getaway. You are on property with other rentals, but you feel like you have the entire world to yourself. I'm not going to say "well equipped", instead I'll say "fully equipped". Everything is there ready for you. The appliances are new and in working order, the dishes might be better than what I've got at home, the cooking pans, etc, they are better than what I've got at home and everything else is there - wine opener, salad spinner, knives, place mats, dish towels, you name it, it's there. Oh and another thing, expecting cheap hotel towels? Oh no, not with Ritama and co, may be the nicest bathroom towels I've ever seen in a rental. Beach towels provided too and not those crappy things you see at the resorts, these are _NICE_ beach towels. There was a washer/dryer unit that we didn't use although we did use the "solar" powered dryer on the side of the cottage.
Bottom line, this is a great place. I will be pushing hard to come back to TCI and stay here again, loved it.
