The fact that there were so many small children who were running, screaming and in general causing disturbance both in the restaurant and in the pool. Even though there are explicit signs for " no jumping" they were doing it the entire time. It was not possible to actually rest or use the pool facilities (both inside and outside). No restriction or remark was made unfortunately...

the staff was amazing-as always! the pools are very relaxing and the hotel is very clean!

The SPA is perfect, is a place where you can relax for 2 3 hours. The outside pool is very nice and the saunas are pleasant. And the food is delicious, is very difficult to decide what to eat and I ended up eating a lot 😅. I liked that even if the hotel is not in Bansko, they offer a shuttle that takes you for free to the gondola. It's a 10-15 minutes ride. The location is great because you are far away from the noise and you can enjoy the quietness of the forest and the sound of the the birds and the smell of the trees.

Nice calm location with a spectacular view on the mountains, nice spa (not so crowded during the daytime), a shuttle to Bansko ski station, cozy lobby with fireplace, with games and books. The food was quite nice, they have their own farm cheese, ham, wine and other products.

Dinner and warmed pools were great, the lobby is cozy and the balcony so beautiful. The staff is lovely. Great stay. We missed dinner first night and sandwiches were saved for us♥️
Only location is a bit far but the hotel is so worth it
