Convenient location to train station, main sights in historic part and restaurants. Super clean and helpful staff, great lighting and many outlets for charging, and great hot water pressure.

Toiletries would be better in bottles instead of packets.

the facilities were nice and clean, very comfy bed, nice staff, good view and location at the epi centre of lille but still in a quiete neighbourhood!

the rooms weren't really noise isulated especially by the door.. the noice coming from the halls did wake us up...

The location.

It was quite noisy.

convenient location for central Lille, the Christmas Market & shops. Within easy walking distance or a short tram ride from Lille Europe for Eurostar trains, and very close to Lille Central Station. Bed & bedding very comfortable, nice & warm during a particularly cold spell of weather.

Dining Room very stark & impersonal, lacking in any atmosphere. Breakfasts were dull & exactly the same every day with no variety. could really benefit from some refurbishment & upgrading. no sign of a fire escape from the upper floors.

Good location

Room was cramped and had no windows, bathroom was separated by a fake wall that didn't reach the ceiling and had a window over the bins. Shower water didn't run hot most of the time. Walls were bare and thin and we could hear everything in other rooms and the landing as well as the room above. Bed had no headboard, and only one bedside table (and key) despite being a double room – no plug sockets near the bed either. Had a coatrail but it was stuffed into the side of the fake bathroom wall and so low that our coats were half on the floor.

Great place to stay for extended weekend - perfect location, tasty breakfast (till 10!) and quiet tidy rooms. And of course the most spectacular view in town! 10/10, would recommend.

Nothing

This is a fairly basic hotel with friendly staff and it is in an ideal position if you are travelling by train- just a couple of minutes walk from Lille Flandres and about ten minutes from Lille Europe. There are also plenty restaurants and the picturesque centre of Lille just a short step away

Nice quaint Hotel in central location based a couple of minutes walk from Lille Flandres station and in a quiet street viewing onto the cathedral.

The breakfast was continental which was fine, but there could maybe a bit more selection of cheese or cold meat. Also it would have been nice to have the option of having a another cup of coffee....maybe an idea would be to have coffee/tea machine in dining room area.
